My friend Delilah loves to go to the reggae bars. She’s hunting that perfect rastafarian to help her find peace with the universe I think. I wanted to go out with her one night, I brought her to SL but like so many people you bring in world……she wandered off into her OWN new world and we don’t hang much. This new Reflections Dress from Digit Darkes is so elegant yet so overpoweringly sentimental, I immediately started singing the old Supremes song when I put it on. This is a dress for a night of elegance and romance. I am wearing “Festival” and the name belies the depth of the dress. It was at a 4th Friday Art Exhibit I hosted once at Vicious (yeah I used to make them do cultural stuff ….no shooting the artistes)…that I was exposed to the vibrant, kinetic artwork of Elros Tuominen. Cajsa was friends and had suggested his sculptures for our next event, so I said sure no problem and we were set.

But then, it’s always a dark and stormy night in the shopping alley, now isn’t it?
Cajsa and I rested our high heel loving feet for a few in the cafe, enjoying the ambiance, and generally sitting around looking pretty.
My prettiness was courtesy of a big old box of goodies from Layniewear I received several days ago. Sleek,hip summer fashions and a fun hairstyle too. 
One of my FAVORITE features of the release of this button down shirt from Layniewear is the collar option feature. Attach it to your spine or CHEST – which allows you to choose whether to wear a necklace – LOVE this! More designers should consider this – I spend forever on the dressing stand attaching things to some alternate spot so I can wear jewelry. Not so with this GREAT shirt! Continue reading

I’m always looking around the world for cute nightie outfits. I don’t really know why. I certainly don’t sleep In World – I think I just like to put them on,sit at my dressing table, brush my hair and look cute. Regardless – it’s hard to FIND babydoll nighties that aren’t hooker-wear. It really is. I was excited to see this full outfit that includes the nightie, bra, panties and stockings – with a separate layer for the nightie top that lays sheerly over over the bra. I love little details like that.
