The shopping this weekend has been absolutely ridiculous in the best possible way. The HAIR FAIR opened, Truth District Opened, the sale days have been awesome plus Disco Deals is still going on.

That’s the bit I’m mostly going to go on about right now.

But before that. Can I just get all lame on you and rave all “love love love” about this dress? Ok I can do better than that. Continue reading

Retro Pop

Building by Iota Ultsch

Hair Fair has opened with around 100 different hair designers selling oodles of hair to raise money for Wigs for Kids. Every single hair style sold at Hair Fair sends a portion of the proceeds to the charity. So why am I posing with 2007 hair? Well, I am busy sorting the hair fair styles into long, medium, short and other types of styles for some upcoming mega-posts. I also want to remind everyone that just because something is old, doesn’t mean it isn’t great Certainly this dress from Lost Dreams called Retro Red may be retro, but it’s hot and stylish.

Time After Time

jun26_005

Did you know that all of A-Bomb’s clothing is named after songs? It’s such a great conceit and I often wish I had such a framework for post titles when I struggle trying to come up with one. For today, though, I will just steal my title from the name of my dress, Time After Time. It’s a perfect name, isn’t it, for a dress that recalls days gone by. I love this dress and not just because I love Cyndi Lauper.

Bubblegum Weekends On The Beach

Any excuse to wear fun colored hair!

I picked up this bikini from LEEZU at The Dressing Room – I should wear more LEEZU I love this…I chose not to wear the sarong but it’s included with your purchase.

I am also taking for a stroll the new skin release from Adam N Eve. VICTORIA has a host of makeup, nail, eyebrow options as well options for your lady garden. I’m not showing you that, ya perverts.

But I will give you a few closeups of the face! 🙂

The lipsticks are delicate and like lipstains, very pretty. It’s a very young face – youthful but look at those eyebrows – she is high maintenance.

It also comes with some VERY subtle eyeshadows that are lovely.

I know it’s a skin release wonderland this weekend, but do yourself a favor and try out Adam N Eve’s Victoria. It’s a beautiful look. 🙂

Pretty on the Prairie

I came by this gorgeous dress by Azul and thought… such a contrast in the dress itself, leather and layers and layers of flouncy chiffon… deserved a contrasting scene to shoot it in…. so I chose the Mother Road.

Azul 1

This dress is everything I am… feminine and beautiful, yet edgy and tough. I put it on and didn’t want to take it off…. and haven’t … for three days… (I think I need to send it to the dry cleaners now).

The lacing on the back of the dress is exquisitely done, every grommet perfectly placed. The flowing skirt is available as a cocktail length as shown or ball gown.

Azul 2

You CAN rez at this location, but only in the landing zone and then sit on what you rez and “ride” it out. It has some awesome roads for bike riding.

Shoes: N-core – Caprice, Black
Jewelry: [AB] – Kalnera, Mother of Pearl
Hair: Miel – Mojito, Red 1
Nails: Candy Nail – Pink05
Skin: Curio – GP, Sundust dark, Lustre Shimmer 1

Stranger in Tableau

A few days ago I was such in a shopping mood (it never happens….erm…..sure!) that I created a totally new look which i’m so in love with. And today, me, stranger in Tableau, took some snaps I hope you’ll appreciate.

Stranger in Tableau

Happy is a new to me brand that I casually discovered lately and, well, when I saw this awesome tunic I knew it would have been mine. I chose the cream tone and I’m really Happy (:P) with it!

Do you like my new bag?

What to wear with the tunic? Stretchy skinny jeans would be a good choice, along with leggings like the cute ones from Tee*fy I’m wearing in the pic.
Then I thought I needed a bag that could go well with the outfit and Izumiya came to my mind. And I was right, I found this cool bag which can be worn on shoulder or on hand and that is scripted to change textures in 12 different colors. Oh, I so like it!
