Today I’m wearing Lassitude & Ennui’s Dreamer tiara, made by Jackal for L’Accessoires. It’s so lovely I couldn’t resist sticking it on my boy avatar (he looks good in drag anyway). He’s wearing it with a feather boa from Schadenfreude. The fun thing about this photo is that I didn’t desaturate it, instead, the skin is an ancient silver one from Den Dou (damn, I miss Den Dou!), and I’m standing in a randomly desaturated tree.
Oh and I have a new plushie too!

Pycho Snowman
So I am looking forward to the new Doctor Who Christmas Special tomorrow. It’t called the Snowmen and while I have very little idea what it’s about, it’s quite likely it will have scary snowmen. But will they be this scary? Of course, I would happily face this psycho snowman if it meant traveling space and time with the Doctor and enjoying a timey-wimey universe. The top is from Tameless – a find on Marketplace – however it’s not standard sized and I had to reduce my butt a bit because there was one tiny spot that peeked through. All the photos for this post are raw, unedited pics from Second Life. I used a projector and got that grainy texture using RenderSSAOFactor in the Debug menu.
Shhhh … !

If you have not snapped you holiday pictures yet, you could not do better than heading over to Wishing Well where Incendia Outdoors has created dozens of scenes perfect for holiday pictures. This is a snap in front of the fire, for all you know I could be roasting chestnuts.
You can even take a sleigh ride to tour the scenes before deciding where and what you want to shoot.
My Winter Retreat
I have a pet peeve about all home and garden shows and magazine spreads. When I look at the pictures I am always wondering WHERE is there stuff? Where are the toys and the books? Where is their tv? I guess thats why my SL homes are always cluttered and crowded, I’m trying to make it my home. Continue reading
