So it’s a funny story about my shoes. These stiletto’s from Periquita I picked up the day they were released.  I excitedly took them home and put them on and……

I hated them.

They didn’t fit they looked crazy they were just all wrong. So I jammed them into the back of my closet angrily and went on with my pixel life. But then, when getting dressed I wanted some heels to wear with this t-shirt (only on the grid, right?)…..and I saw these heels …….and decided to give them another try.

You would think an AV over two years old would remember that SOMETIMES the grid is borked and things don’t rezz right, look nuts etc…..and you should always give them a second try. Continue reading →

It never ceases to amaze me that I don’t own all of Pink Outfitters. They sell amazing, solid and femme seperates in addition to sweet little numbers like this one.

My old boss would’ve told me to send this girl home, if she came to work wearing this dress. When I said “Why?” She’d have just said “Meow.”

It took me forever to figure out that she meant the skirt was “too short for work”. Continue reading →

I don’t really know how I got here. I’m not sure how this evening got so out of hand. Maybe it’s just too many nights in a row partying at SEVEN or maybe it’s just that I’m jaded and sardonic and just needed a nice thrill to eeek up my sense of well being.

I certainly didn’t intend to end my evening, awaiting sunrise with a pile of cocaine and a bloodied baseball bat on my desk. Sigh – why do they fight back?  You can’t hurt me with a baseball bat. All you do is leave me a mess to clean up after I’ve disposed of your corpse.

All that being said, I still don’t know how I ended up in such bad shape at the end of my night. The day started out normally enough……..(start flashback sequence NOW)………. Continue reading →

I am wearing a whole lot of things I like. I’ve had almost a whole pot of coffee, the sun in shining and I’m in this really fantastic mood today. TANGENT WARNING! I am bound to head off on several today.  But let’s start with the hair.

Being a certified hair fiend (card carrying) I was completely distraught when Gogo brought to my attention ANOTHER flippin hair store that I was going to like. Seriously. Stop the madness. The problem with blog-partnering with someone creative and talented is that sometimes, when you pick their brain – they send up more than one good idea. Aztec Queen of Eating Hearts was one great idea of Cajsa’s. But she also tossed out DOLLY! As in ….Hello……Dolly, Well Hello……Dolly.
Because, if you KNOW the story…….Dolly is the beloved matchmaker and mover and shaker of her day.
