I like it when some of my favorite designers do unexpected things. The last thing I expected from Draconic Kiss was this pretty little sun dress, and the last thing I expected from MiaSnow was a set of hands. But they both did these with panache, and I feel all ready for summer now! (Look at the veins in those hands! The hud has nail, skin, and bangle color options, as well as hand angle. Love!)

I also note that Pose Fair is going on right now. I have a standing (har har) vow to never attend pose fair, because I know I’ll blow my monthly rent immediately. However, some of Pose Fair came to me in the form of a new Tillie pose hud, complete with Diesel Works poses. Sweet!

I have a confession. I used to over shoot all my blog posts by, oh, probably 100 pics. Yeah, you heard me. I’d shoot like 100 pics or more and then sit and sort and sort and sort and try to figure out two or three that worked. Call it rookie blogger behavior, call it insecurity but it’s true.

I bet if you ask most little boys (and probably some little girls) what they want to be when they grow up, you’ll hear “fighter pilot” quite a few times for an answer. And why not? These courageous men and women protect their countries and have had their exploits glorified in movies like Top Gun. Some, like my dad who was a bomber pilot many moons ago, are able to follow those childhood dreams. Most of us have to continue dreaming…

Schadenfreude has these corsets. Three of the patterns have little cupcakes all over them, and three have sushi. Obviously I fell in love and couldn’t choose which to wear today, so I wore two. Luckily, the new cute Hethr necklace from Lolapop suited them both. (And those of you who followed www.Achariya.net while it was alive will notice that this is similar to the photos that Mourna and I used to take. Yeah, I got nostalgic!)
