I really only had one thing to say when I saw the SANA release from Adam N Eve for Fantasy Faire. Pink? Sparkly? Makes my ass look fantastic?
OMG DO WANT!?!?!?!!!!!!
Funny story.
The second place I ever lived in SL was called Sana. A friend bought it and I moved there living on part of a huge swath of land he’d purchased. Across the waterway, there was a big house that he’d bought for all his, ahem – girls. He said have fun decorate your house and we’ll all live in peace an harmony.
Which was all good till about a week later when he came over and said “Gidge, I love your house, but the girls say they can’t rezz any objects. And I looked – and you’re using four thousand prims.”
To which I said “What are prims?”
Good times…………..

I went to the atmospheric haunted sim Innsmouth to shoot this lovely gown from MiaMai. The layered full skirt, the pouf of fabric on the shoulder, the filigree adornment at the neck all seemed perfect for a noir shoot. Add the hot fishnet gloves from Adore & Abhor and I am ready for noir.

Dress is from Peqe for Project Fur Japan raising money for relief efforts.
I went through the desert on a horse with no name. (He was a freebie at the entrance)
It felt good to be out of the rain. (Portland broke its wettest March record.)
There were plants and birds and rocks and things (and things?)
There was sand and hills and rings (rings, really?)
The first thing I met was a fly with a buzz (what was he smoking?)
And the sky with no clouds (what do you expect, it’s the desert)
The heat was hot and the ground was dry (hot heat is hot)
But the air was full of sound (only if you brought your ipod)
The shoes are from Peqe - the Dark Leopard Wedges
Cajsa took me exploring on the Emerald Green sim the other night, and I decided it was a good excuse to shoot a few out of the studio. The entire location is so amazing and beautiful I’m probably going to have to go back a few times. There are tons of gorgeous vignettes and scenery. It’s a happy blogger place for shooting.
