Denim.. Denim.. and MORE Denim
The 52-Week’s of Color Bloggers Challenge is moving right along nicely (without me as I am pathetically slow) but here I am on week 31 and that week is Denim. How lucky was I that it also coincided with the week that Coco had a giant sale and I found this ADORABLE patchwork denim dress ON SALE!!!

SL Weekly Words Challenge Week 2: Wants and Needs

The SL Weekly Words Challenge is a blogger challenge where I suggest two words each week and bloggers are encouraged to portray those words with an image. New or old, it doesn’t matter. What matters most is expressing yourself creatively and having fun.
One person’s happy words might be another persons sorrow. Sharing what they meant to you in a picture is wonderous to me and I can’t wait to see what you guys do this week.
For Wants and Needs I chose an image of comfort with one of my best friends, Elusyve. When I’m sad and shaken she soothes me. She makes me laugh and I can truly say she gets me.
I’m lucky, that my wants and needs often coincide in one place, love and friendship.

Bubblegum and Poison

The Lucrezia ring is a recent release from Bewildebeest. I’ve had it for a bit, but since my good PC is in the shop (motherboard conked out) I was a little hesitant to shoot really intricate jewelry on this old vid card. But I think it shows off the ring ok! Continue reading
My Post for Gidge's Weekly Word Challenge: Faith & Desire
Gidge’s words for this challenge are Faith and Desire. I desire to take pictures for the blog. I have faith that one of the viewers will upgrade to something usable soon. You may have noticed I have not blogged since the forced update. I have tried. In the past week I have tried:
- Kirsten’s (crashes during log-in)
- Phoenix (turns my entire screen into chaos of colors)
- Firestorm (my system clothes are solid black)
- Singularity (System Clothes are solid black)
- Catznip (system clothes are solid black)
- SL Beta (see picture above)
- SL 2.Hell (alphas disappear and my snap back shut before I can see what is in them)
I have cleared cache with the viewer and manually. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have rebaked, changed my baldy and restored every setting to default. I am unhappy, but I do have a picture for the challenge. As to what I am wearing, I bet you don’t care if I give credits or not, do you?
SL Weekly Words Challenge: Week One – Faith and Desire
When I first started blogging, a bajillion years ago, there was a guy I knew who ran a weekly blog event called The Weekly Words Challenge. I have no clue if he still does it, but it was one of my favorite things because bloggers from all genres, mommy blogs, religious blogs, craft blogs, etc would all take part.
It worked like this. He’d issue a word or a short phrase and then, show you a picture that represented that word or phrase to him. It was simple. Sometimes they were old pictures, sometimes they were new. But it was exhilarating to see how powerful words were, and the disparity of the meanings people could attribute to them. A word of phrase that made you feel happy might make another feel dark and pensive.
I always loved it, so I’ve decided to start doing it here in SL for funz. If you have time or the inclination to participate, thats cool 🙂 I’d love it. Feel free to link back in the comments each week.

Ruby – Week 30
I know… I’m pathetic when it comes to naming my posts… but, hey, at least you know what its for, right? Ok, this week (well the week I’m on and I’m like 10 weeks behind) is Ruby. And for Ruby I chose this gorgeously sexy dress from Plastik. 
Its one of the few styles that I have the fat pack of and my oh my is this a FAT PACK…. love the colors… such a variety.

Neon Carrot..WTH is a neon carrot…. I went looking for a radioactive carrot, but really.. isn’t this a FASHION blog? So I went to one of my bestest GF’s and said…. HELP..
