The Real Housewives of New York traveled to Missoula, Montana, because nothing pumps up the drama like making a bunch of women who can barely tolerate each other travel together and be in each other’s company for days on end. Normally the women of New York are impeccably dressed for wherever they go, but with a few exceptions, the RHONY crew did not pack well for Montana. They were more Ralph Lauren New West than the real West. When they went to the rodeo, more than one wore a white prairie skirt. Rodeos are dusty and dirty events — and let’s not forget port-a-potties — where white skirts are downright silly. Watching, I realized I was seeing what city people think country folk wear. Wednesday kicked off with two hair salons presenting collections. The first was Mirja Mills EMOtions with fabulously romantic flowing and embellished hair. The one on the lower right is a must for me, I think.
I rarely do the $50L Friday thing.. but last Friday it was almost midnight and I found myself with nothing to do… and two giggly girlfriends and we decided to run around SL … dragging Blu with us… (poor guy) and I found this store…. and O… M… G… I fell in LOVE!!! Katat0nic!

I did a little inventory search and I came up with an amazingly CUTE dress from STC! I LOVE when I do a color search and I come up with something I don’t think I’ve ever worn (I know I shop too much) although I don’t think the designers think so….. This dress has some great gathering on the bodice and lovely ruffling on the hemline and the sleeves, which can be worn or not.
The 52-Week’s of Color Bloggers Challenge is moving right along nicely (without me as I am pathetically slow) but here I am on week 31 and that week is Denim. How lucky was I that it also coincided with the week that Coco had a giant sale and I found this ADORABLE patchwork denim dress ON SALE!!!
