I like things that take like 1 land impact and are awesome. I was desk hunting the other day, and besides finding “daddy little %&^ bucket” desk, I was having trouble locating something that was ME.  I like my home in SL to be comfy and cozy, maybe a bit worn and lived in. I want it to be a place where you feel welcome.

A couple weeks ago, I checked out the Billboard Jazz charts and discovered the new-to-me vocalist Cecile McLorin Salvant and fell instantly in love. I hope I can persuade you to take a listen. She reminds me of Billie Holliday, more so than any other jazz singer. I watched her performance of the old standard I Only Have Eyes For You – with her unique interpretation. I hope you check her out on iTunes or YouTube. You won’t be disappointed.

This top from Goucci makes me feel very jazzy all by itself. It has a classic Chanel-inspired shape and aesthetic. Everyone will have eyes only for you if you wear it. It comes in red, blue, yellow and black. I paired with some black and white striped pants from Coco that are truly hot jazz in fabric.

Summer is Upon Us

Hello everyone! I’m Evangeline, and I’m one of the new bloggers here at It’s Only Fashion! I’m super happy and honored to be included and I hope you guys enjoy my seemingly random posts. (I’m a bit crazy) Today I wanted to blog about the SUMMERFEST! The SUMMERFEST is an 2 week long event featuring 40 of some of Second Life’s finest designers. The event opened up yesterday and it’s held on a really lovely beach.
