So RL has been kicking my butt these last couple of weeks. I think I’ve fallen asleep at my PC at least 5 times since my last post here lol. Throw in a little good old fashion SL drama and that makes for a rather distracted fortnight. So distracting in fact that I almost missed Menswear Fashion Week 2012. The event ended this past Saturday, but luckily, I was able to sneak in and pick up a few (ok, more than a few) things.

Wow, I can’t believe it’s been almost a week since my last post. How time flies when you’re stuck in a conference room in a hotel next to the San Francisco airport for 4.5 days. OK … maybe not. Even worse, the weather was dreary the entire time and even rained out the golf tournament, which was our one glimmer of fun all week. So as we all looked forlornly out the lobby window overlooking the SF Bay, I thought about warmer times and fun activities to be had there some other day.

I’d like to thank Gidge, Cajsa and the entire gang here at the Its Only Fashion blog for their warm welcome and all their timely advice. I hope that my style, writing, and photographic skills (or lack thereof) don’t embarrass them too badly lol.
Now, as luck would have it, this weekend was the opening of the Fashion for Life event. I was able to head over on Saturday evening and put this outfit together from items I picked up while shopping there.

Elllooo!! We made it!! We are at the half mark of the week!! If you havent noticed I have been in a more casual mood than anything and today I bring you another pair of pants from Tea Time that are bright.. and funnnn!! I am also in love with the jacket around my waist!! It is from Fishy Strawberry!! Â It changes textures and I just love it and do not wear it enough!! lol sooooo check it ouuuutt!!
The couch that I am on is from Sways.. It has just a few poses for couples and a few single poses… I love the couch because of all the bright pretty colors… I love patch work and its it just too cute… not to mention..
