This Could Be Hazardous

I have been seeing wonderful pictures from Hazardous and had to drop by for a visit. I was feeling chic and sophisticated in the fabulous Ariana sheath dress from Kunglers. It comes in several colors, but this marble version natural colors appealed the most to me.

The Stock Images pool is an archive of photos that people are welcome to use as backgrounds in photos. You should check it out. Many are pictures from sims that no longer exist, but you can revisit them in photos.

Make Mine a Sarsaparilla with Phosphate

I headed out to an old-fashioned diner thinking I would like an old-fashioned soda. When I was a child, it was an 85 mile drive to go to the eye doctor, so mom always gave me a special treat taking me to this old-fashioned diner that served phosphates. I always ordered a sarsaparilla phosphate and just the thought of one makes me thirsty and homesick and of course, makes me miss my mom. I stopped off at the Roadside Diner and I would have ordered a sarsaparilla phosphate, but the jerk was obviously taking a long, long break.

Have I been to The Arcade, hmmmm… Want a cakepop? Or how about a cute pink elephant? Actually, I have not yet been to The Arcade, but I’ve been the joyful recipient of other people’s largess. All of the stuff I’m wearing is a gift from someone who was kind enough to shuffle me a bunch of cuteness. (Thanks, Kat!) I’m so overjoyed that Pink Fuel is doing colorful skins. I adore richly saturated skin colors, and these suit me perfectly. Gotta gatcha ’em all, now!

Sasy Scarborough who organized My Attic at The Deck invited me over for a peek about 30 minutes before the event opened and pointed to this dress and said, “You will like this, look at the shoulders.” Well, I finally got back to go buy it the other day and here I am wearing it with only a few hours before it closes. The dress is sleek and stylish and it does have beautifully shaped shoulders with silver studs. I don’t know why, but it got me hauling out the breastplate and other pieces of the Hydra set from Rozoregalia to push it from the Pop theme to a more hard edged Rock and Roll feel.

Don’t you hate it when you take a nice photo, look closer, and realize that part of the outfit was broken? I took a lovely shot standing next to sweet Katat0nik when I realized that the alpha around my mesh Lamb hair was breaking the mesh dress. D’oh! Still, it’s a cute photo of Miss Kat, so here.

I have my first thing from The Arcade! It’s this katat0nik bento box, and I adore it so much that apparently I have to wear it with all my outfits, including my Sexy Times one. 😀 What did you get from The Arcade? I wanna seeee!

Today I am wearing the seventh of the Seven Sins Gacha skins from PXL Creations, Lust. In one of those strange moments of synchronicity, PXL’s Seven Sins was released at the same time as Buckcherry’s Confessions which includes their own version of the Seven Sins. Some of the songs work beautifully with the skins while others are more difficult. I thought these few lines from Lust by Buckcherry worked well for my photo set.

Right before Mardi Gras, Lost Angel released a fabulous pose prop called Carnival. It all begins with the red pillow and mask. Click it to rez a pose ball and enjoy the seven different poses each with its own mask that rezzes in position for your pose.
