“Talk to the shoes!” That’s my reply to anyone questioning my sanity when i confess a little tiredness today from staying up late for the Stiletto Moody new release. Seriously, when you look at these shoes, can you even doubt it?
This photo was shot in the Virtual Reality Room – a wonderful little box with photo panoramas that create the sense of really being there. You can reach MDR’s VRR with any of the teleports in the main studio. Here I am standing over a little cloud cover. I didn’t play around with the backdrops because there was a couple using it at the time and I could tell they had spent forever editing their pose or their shapes because their pose was such a perfect fit. They were shooting themselves on the moon – and I bet the photo will be wonderful. This bit was on the opposite side of the VRR, so a few quick snaps and I was out of there.
I am wearing a dress from Saya called black one-piece. I guess we can say Saya is as great at making clothes as she is bad at naming them. After all, it can’t be a one-piece when it has two skirt options that have very different looks.
In this photo you can see the system skirt option of the black one-piece dress from Saya. You also get another look at the tangy, zesty newest shoes from Stiletto Moody. They are quite aptly named Pinup.with a little gold chain, and Achilles defying heels – they are too sexy for words.
My makeup is SinSkins Tone 4: Makeup 03. I love the freckles, the makeup, the look. I want to single these skins out for high praise for something else, though. I don’t know anything about the creator, Portia Sin, except that I am sure she spent enough time on the consumer side of the skin purchase to really get what is important. First, there’s the naming convention. How simple is it to know that tone 4 is darker than 3 and lighter than 5. Compare that to the more usual conventions with honey, milk, caramel or Daphne, Phoebe, Willow. Now, a little though will help me assess the tones of the food choices, but the names require rote memorization. The naming fo the makeups is equally systematic.
There’s a few other additions – prim lashes made to fit that skin. Sure, some editing is still required, but it was a snap.Additionally, a patch for the nether regions so you can with one patch have your personal preference well catered to without losing your undies layer. Even more exciting, manicure and pedicures that because they are made for this skin – will put the polish on the nail. Woo Hoo! Sounds like she was a skin consumer who made a wish list.
Well, that’s all for the studio tour. You have seen everything except some staff offices, the kitchenette and the conference room. You are more than welcome to check those out on your own, there’s always coffee on.

Love the orange shoes with the look. I love this dress myself and snatched up this one and few others from Saya on a shopping excursion earlier this week. That Virtual Reality Room looks awesome and hope to try it out soon.

Thanks, Elizabeth!
I am familiar with your blog and often do read it – perhaps that is why I ended up at Saya. Your blog is very witty and funny – perhaps funnier because i have no idea what your faux pas was or, for that matter, if there really was one or if it’s a literary device – so I get to enjoy your ironic commentary on SL society and fashion guilt-free.
