One of the best things about the return of Aphrodite Outlander to our little pixel fashion world is her taste and style. I’ve got like, five sets of hers shot, waiting to post, and literally I am spacing them out for fear imma rave too much and you guys will think I’m on the take.
In this shoot today, I’m only wearing her leather heels – but they broke my entire outfit. Sturdy leather heels, the kind you’d pay good money for, with a spike heel – not needle thin but the sort you can walk on and still let everyone know you’re a beautiful woman with class and style – drove my outfit from the feet up. So then, today is Truth Hawk’s birthday. We’re all wishing him a Happy Birthday as good friends should but, I had a eureka moment earlier that I think I’m going to have to share.
You see, Truth and I aren’t terribly close but I do like him. As a blogger, I can honestly say he’s the dealer of one of my drugs of choice, hair. Hair baby hair mama, everywhere daddy daddy….
But, I realized something today. Today is Truth’s birthday. Today is Charlie Sheen’s birthday. Truth lives in LA. Charlie Sheen lives in LA. I NEVER SEE THEM TOGETHER. And, obviously Charlie Sheen could not worry about losing that gig on 2 and a Half Men since he OBVIOUSLY HAD HIS SL TRUTH HAIR MONEY TO FALL BACK ON. Oh yes, I’m on to you MISTER HAWKS. I HAVE SEEN THROUGH YOU RUSE.

All of the best things in my Second Life I do with Cajsa. That’s no lie. Anything awesome and spectacular started with us going “what if we did ….” and suddenly we’ve got something that makes us both squee.
This box of light is like that. Cajsa had started messing about with projectors and boxes and then we realized that once again, the symbiotic nature of our relationship fit together perfectly – she could build it and I could script it with poses and we’d have something beautiful. Continue reading
