Don’t you hate it when someone shows you a satire site and you don’t get it? Alicia showed me this site yesterday and I was bufuddled. Who is Courtney? Why don’t I know who she is? Yellow is underrated on blondes. I think striking yellows just accentuate beautiful blondes though. SLINK released a one shoulder dress in many colors, of which yellow is one, which is really an understatement.

Our Avatars will never get breast cancer. Our breasts and bodies will never be ravaged by disease of any sort. We have the luxury of being perfect every day, no matter what.
But our Avatars can remind our real selves of things that we want, things we can aspire to, and things that are IMPORTANT.
A very small thing is a monthly breast exam. Early detection is the key. More women than I care to think of that I care about have endured this battle, and for some it did not end in their favor.
I’ve promised Cajsa I’d made something to promote Breast Self Exams for some time, but life gets in the way. Just like not checking your breast for lumps, life gets in the way, you forget to do it.
Today is the one year anniversary of the day that we lost a brillant creator, and a lovely friend, to cancer. Her journey began with breast cancer. I still miss her and her amazing wit, and her startling timeless designs.
