We’re taking a snow day! I just finished making a nice area for shooting snowy pictures at the new MDR Photo Studio sim and couldn’t resist putting on some snowy weather gear. I wanted people to be able to see my in all that whiteness, so a bright pink outfit seemed in order.
I started with the jacket from Ibizarre. It’s a lovely pink and black plaid with rabbit trim collar and wrists. Best of all, it’s semi-open so you can show off your sweater underneath.
The sweater from Novocaine. The color is Debutante. Designers, I promise you I will never think one iota less of you for calling pink pink. I prefer to see your creativity in the clothes, not the colors. 8) Speaking of creativity, this sweater has a cool prim bottom that I had to leave off to not conflict with the jacket. It just gives the sweater more definition and visual interest.
Regular readerswill recall these wonderful casual boots from Five Minutes After. They have a nice flat sole for casual wear and sensible hiking about but unlike most flat boots, they don’t look like they weigh more than I do. I <3 these boots.
I am breaking the “Never wear plaids with stripes rule” but what can I say, rules like that were made to be broken. These pants from Sprawl were also made to break rules, so they are a good match.
The hair is from TRUTH and dare I say it, it’s named Alfred. I am just a bit in love with that cap. Now, I had to do some prim editing, raising the cap just a bit as it tended to cover my eyes. It was a breeze and took about 2 minutes or less.

And you claim you’re from Minnesota! Surely you know that you don’t leave your coat open in winter — Oh, wait; we’re talking fashion. Okay, that’s a good reason, but you better have some thermal underwear on under that sweater.
