While Gidge is off vacationing at the Bates Hotel, I thought I would laze about in this cute little outfit featuring a great new shirt from Ce Cubic Effect and an old skirt from our mutual friend Miffyhoi Rosca. This is the first skirt Miffy made, and she made it in red, green and brown plaids. Being an autumn-loving person, I immediately fell in love with all three. When I put on my new shirt last night, I immediately knew Miffy’s skirt would be a perfect option.
For a Neko look, you can also add coordinated boots that Miffy also made, but I opted for the more classic look with these Dune Boots from Maitreya. Suede looks good with the fabric in the skirt and top and I love the heel. There are more photos at Flickr for a better look at the shoes.
The makeup is Vex – another of the Gala skins from Curio. The top is a lustrous red and black paisley print with white trim. There are prim sleeves and a collar attached so that there is no conflict with wearing a necklace. Most of the jewelry was free. The elaborate bangle I found at the Albero hunt a few months back. The necklace and earrings I picked up at Kumamoto Japan this weekend thanks to a pointer from Beanie Loves Japan.
The hair? I love the cute, extreme-short cut and wore it to the shoe expo thinking I would be wearing low-lag. Hah! I still love the hair, but discovered it’s 56 prims. Hair is a mysterious thing.

I love how you tinted that hair! <3
I adore it but there’s no red hair…
Yes, we redheads are often neglected. Thank goodness they let us mod hair so we can fix that.
True! I bought it white… I will make a copy and try to tint it. 🙂
Thanks for the inspiration.
