Hunt and Peck
I have to confess that this harpsichord was at the top of my MUST HAVE items from The Arcade. I immediately knew I had no room for it and thus would MOVE to make it so, or would simply discard other loved items. I decided on the latter. Because – HARPSICHORD.
The hud comes with three color options, and the choice of a painted inner lid or not. It’s so classically lovely I couldn’t resist.
My birdies are from…BIRDIE also from the Arcade this month. My understanding is that you Potter fans will like them the most – I never saw any of that, so for me they’re just pretty and that’s good enough! My hair is another win from new to me [INK] – I just love their contributions this round to the event.
Now, I’m going to relax and enjoy my fancy new decor, from Fancy Decor.

I Hope You Don’t Mind My Explosive Love
I have decided that all annoying messages begin “I hope you don’t mind…”and then they say something super annoying. “I hope you don’t mind me saying blah blah blah” oh god yes I do mind hush. I don’t care. Shhhhhh, go back to where you came from.
No one ever just messages you to say “hey i hope you don’t mind if i tell you that you’re lovely.”

I Never Like To Admit That I Was Wrong
Are you good at admitting you’re wrong? It’s a skill. When I’m working, toiling at my desk and blogging, shooting, styling, I have no problem admitting something’s wrong. “Look at that intersection” or “Oh god why did I think that went together” or whatever it is I’ve done wrong, I am ok with admitting it. I’m good with accepting it and moving on.
Personally I’m terrible at it. I hate realizing I’m wrong about someone. I hate being wrong about who they are, or their intentions. Continue reading
Mesh Head from Fawny: Pros and Cons
The problem with being a blogger is that we’re obliged to make things look good. We don’t want to be photographed looking BAD, so we fix things, shoot around things, and very often don’t show you when something isn’t quite as it should be.
Sometimes the isn’t as it should be is the Grid being stupid, sometimes it’s a design problem. Regardless, if we don’t share our quibbles (as we call them around here) we aren’t really being truthful.
When people tell me my avatar is beautiful, I routinely tell them it’s my job. Of course I look good. Which brings us today’s post. I’m sort of addicted to trying out mesh heads, and I think Gacha is a fun way to pick them up. I don’t have a lot of illusions about random MESH HEAD X not matching skins I own, I know this is a thing and I’ll put on a scarf or whatnot and make it work. I just like the variety and shooting varied photos with different faces. It’s fun. So I couldn’t resist one pull at the Epiphany event to grab one of the heads from Fawny. Continue reading

Welcome To Enigma County Where The Ice Is Cold And…
With Honour McMillan either on break or gone, as she likes, I’m at a loss for where to go shoot when I’m in a fun mood. However, Gidge 2016 is an adventurous girl and she’s going to hit the mean streets without a compass if necessary to find adventure and fun.
Funny true story (funny “ugh Gidge you don’t pay attention” vs. “funny oh my what a pickle”) is that when the Belleza various bodies came out I originally was in VENUS a lot but then decided I wanted to be a curvy girl now and again and in my memory it was ISIS that was the curviest girl.
