A Belated Welcome To Achariya

This is like one of those cards you get from your grandma, say about a month after your birthday, that says HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY. And you think DAMN GRANDMA! How did you forget my fucking birthday? Crazy old woman.
That card always has like a twenty in it. Because in Grandma world that’s a lot of money and she thinks you can take all your friends to the movies or something with that money.
This post doesn’t have any money in it. I couldn’t find a wordpress template with a sleeve.


But this post does have old random pictures of me. Just for fun. I wonder where this red hair was from. Frangipanni? What happened to them?

Elf Tuesday – 1/52 Grey

I decided to hop on board Luna’s blogger challenge “52 weeks of Color” .  Week One is Grey.  Not a color I wear often, because it reminds me of concrete and elephants.  Very bad memories.. DO NOT ASK!

Now I know my issues are not the fault of the colour Grey/Gray itself persay, but then again, most “issues” do not have a logical explaination.  If they did, they would no longer be issues, being logical and all, right? Oh and another thing, cause I hear you saying it already,  “what about Silver, you always wear Silver elf-freak!”  Meh, it is shiny and purty and NOT Grey.. that is my opinion.

Hello, everyone, I’m Achariya!  I’m not sure why Gidge and Cajsa trusted me to run rampant on their lovely blog, but ohoho, now my male avatar has a place to play.  I was tempted to make an unknown boy alt and show up from out of nowhere as their new male blogger… but that’s been done.  Boy Acha is honored to show his face here, and I hope his scruffy surfer style doesn’t bring down the elegance of these pages. I was determined that I was not going to stop getting dressed until I had a complete outfit this time.

It was the tank from BLOWPOP that started it out. After I had it on, I realized that despite the fact that I’d already opened these roller skates that I got for December Dollingers rezz day party, the box was sitting there and hell, that means it qualified!

I also had the hair from Simply Britnee and so I pulled out one of the beautiful skins from Blowpop and some of my favorite shorts from Second Wave Apparel. I needed the bandaids cuz, ummm, I can’t skate in either life. Continue reading →

Look of the Day November 3rd

Snowpaw Fashions – one of my fellow IOF bloggers did a post on the cutest outfit yesterday and since I’d never been there I knew I HAD to run over there as soon as I logged on.  And wouldn’t you know it I found this!  I’m in a fall mood and this is just the outfit to slip into and take a lovely stroll around the Garden of Dreams.  A flowing skirt (my fave kind) and crop 3/4 sleeve top look just divine together.  I added this cute hair style that has the hat attached from Argrace and a chunky jewelry set from Dark Mouse to complete the look.  Take a minute and head over to Snowpaw Fashions, they have a fantastic selection at reasonable prices and quite a few lucky boards too!
