Well Aliana came back home just in time for Christmas and we had to make the most of what wandering the grid could bring us. After all, there was the SHOP AND HOP event to run through, a hunt at JUNK FOOD and a new head at Lelutka.
How can a couple of grid girls go wrong?

We’re sporting sweaters from Arcane Spellcaster that comes with a hud with lots of pattern options. VERY Cute and free for the holidays. Aliana is also wearing a free pair of antlers she picked up from a brand called Antaya.
We’re both decked out in the NEW Lelutka gift head. HOW generous is this? I’m really in love with the head, not just as a back up or “Hey I’ll mix it up and wear this head sometimes” head. This is my new look I think – until the next thing.
Now let’s just celebrate the only thing in this photo I love as much as this new head – THIS AMAZING CAKE from Junk Food. Look, Little Debbie zebra cakes, white cakes whatever you call them are one of my favorite things on EARTH. When the Christmas tree versions come out it’s a joyous moment. Imagine my SCREAMING DELIGHT when Junk Food dropped this GIANT version for their Christmas HUNT. I ran through the hunt this morning like a LOONEY and I’ll give you one hint – it’s the LAST ONE.

I have to say I’m enjoying the peace and quiet out here in this snowy wonderland. When I came in today from hiking however, I found another couple shagging in my cabin! Can you believe it? I’m shocked. SHOCKED I tell you. Well luckily here are plenty of them here so I just packed it up and walked over to the biggest cabin I could find. I think this one suits me better anyway.
I’m a fancy girl after all.
I’m enjoying another fine cocktail from my favorite Mixmaster over at ChicChica. Delicious, I say. Just hits the spot perfectly and now I’m ready to curl up with a book and watch the snow fall.
I rented a little place to get away this weekend and wasn’t disappointed with the snow and cold. I do love the holidays and my island home never is anything but beach paradise which is lovely yet – I long for the snow.
So here I am, spotting a polar bear cub and wondering where her mama is. I had better get inside I suppose.

I’m out for an early morning run today on Bellisseria and I couldn’t decide on what to eat. I had a serious hankering for junk food so luckily HANGRY was all ready for me and I could take it along. Two burgers? NO problem. I’m sure the sugary, caffeinated goodness in the bottom of the cup was EXACTLY what I needed for a great workout today.
I’m wearing new workout gear from Cinnamon&Chai and I gotta say, these boobs needed a good bra. I’m so glad one was available – I’d smack my eyes without!

Does this ever happen to you? You have this great idea and then you sit down to let it out at the keyboard and you just stare off into space wondering what to say?
I struggled so much this weekend to put words together to share my thoughts and the words just denied me. I couldn’t get them out correctly. I knew what I wanted to say but how to say it? Just evaded me as is the norm lately.
I finally was able to find my inspiration and solved my quandary but it took so long. It used to feel so natural but lately it’s been a challenge.
Does this happen to everyone?
Someday the words will flow, and I won’t drive my fingers into the flesh of my arm. Someday.

I had a real life birthday so I decided to get cute on the grid. This headpiece was over the top enough for me to celebrate my most recent circuit around the sun. I felt certain that it was the perfect compliment to my outfit.
I’m 99% sure that I picked up the dress and shoes at the Shop and Hop as gifts. 99% sure.
Someone should blog all of the gifts. NOT ME. But…someone. I do love the Shop and Hop events and not ever JUST for all of the gifts but rather, just because they are sort of these big, silly, laggy events fully of EVERYTHING.
The headpiece is from NEOJAPAN event which if you know me, you know that I love and wish I could figure out a reason to wear everything.
A reason? I know – I’m ridiculous for putting such boundaries on myself.
I’ve been messing around in the Black Dragon viewer. I can say I like it but I can also say the controls are different enough to make me run screaming from it. It’s definitely got something though, there is no doubt of the quality you can compose with ease over there.
I just don’t like change.
I chose this heartbeat neon for over my bed as an homage to RL me, who has developed a fairly serious heart condition over the summer. It’s a reminder that time is short, and to never take it for granted.
Not even here in pixel world.
