I recently read about the fact that in Japan they have special KFC chicken buckets for Christmas which include chicken, sides and a CAKE! Apparenlty it’s a whole THING and I’ve been oblivious to it for years. How is this possible?
Well imagine my joy when I was trying to figure out what to have for our Christmas Dinner when I realized that JUNK FOOD had exactly the meal I was wishing for. I had to pick one up so we could low key love on some American junk food while pretending to be internationally hip.
I picked up a couple of gift heads lately but my internet connection was not cooperating while I was trying to adjust her so I’m wearing RAVEN from Lelutka out of the box with my shape but no edits. I’ll have to Gidge-ify her a bit when I can.

I met some lovely people who invited me over for a little casual Pre-Halloween Soiree and so I thought I’d stop and pick up some treats on my way. It’s important to be a good guest, don’t you think?
There were a few folks with no skin, and this one fellow who just keeps floating about in an ominous way wearing a very poor quality hooded cape. Is that a sculpty? It looks like it.
I just don’t now if these are my people, truly. I may just feign a headache and head home.
I’ll take my drinks home. This just doesn’t seem like the kind of crowd to enjoy a 3000 calorie coffee, now does it?

Well Aliana came back home just in time for Christmas and we had to make the most of what wandering the grid could bring us. After all, there was the SHOP AND HOP event to run through, a hunt at JUNK FOOD and a new head at Lelutka.
How can a couple of grid girls go wrong?

We’re sporting sweaters from Arcane Spellcaster that comes with a hud with lots of pattern options. VERY Cute and free for the holidays. Aliana is also wearing a free pair of antlers she picked up from a brand called Antaya.
We’re both decked out in the NEW Lelutka gift head. HOW generous is this? I’m really in love with the head, not just as a back up or “Hey I’ll mix it up and wear this head sometimes” head. This is my new look I think – until the next thing.
Now let’s just celebrate the only thing in this photo I love as much as this new head – THIS AMAZING CAKE from Junk Food. Look, Little Debbie zebra cakes, white cakes whatever you call them are one of my favorite things on EARTH. When the Christmas tree versions come out it’s a joyous moment. Imagine my SCREAMING DELIGHT when Junk Food dropped this GIANT version for their Christmas HUNT. I ran through the hunt this morning like a LOONEY and I’ll give you one hint – it’s the LAST ONE.

I may have made myself too much food for this gloomy Saturday but honestly, I’ll just nibble on it all weekend. It’s FIIIIINE. These stupid dogs though, suddenly I can’t get rid of them. They’re following me everywhere just staring at me. They didn’t love me like this earlier.
I think it’s this chicken. Well too bad, it’s ALL mind DOGGOS. ALL MINE.

All RL signs pointed to this being Monday. But it’s a Wednesday. That’s just perplexing ya’ll. I don’t even know how to process it. I went to an hilariously old amusement park needing to shake the Monday blues and my god, not only is this place a hoot because it’s so old, it’s not even Monday.
In both worlds I needed some sustenance of a cheesy, bread sort of thing. These pizzas from JunkFood are everything. Am I eating constantly? Probably. But I can’t eat nonstop junk with my new heart condition so the delights on the grid now make me an even happier avatar.

I’ve coveted my own orca for some time now. Imagine my surprise when JIAN offered up this beauty at the SL18B party this year. Was it 18? I forget. Anyway. This Orca is exactly what I needed to make swimming the waters off of Bellisseria safe. After all, who knows what great whites might lurk out there? I can count on DETH the Orca to swim out and eat them up if any show up to bother me.
I feel he is the perfect addition to my current menagerie.
Cats, dogs, beta fish, gold fish….orca.

I love exploring so early this morning I set out to wander the coast in search of a cup of coffee and some fresh air. I wasn’t disappointed in my adventures except by one thing.
These birds man, they are horrible. You can’t see the birds? Well they are those blobby grey things. I rebaked every texture on the grid trying to improve them. I fiddled with settings, I tweaked this or that I can say with confidence that this is as good as these birds get.
Bear coffee? Delicious! Birds? Bleh.
After my wake me up I went out and grabbed some necessities for dinner.
