The Objects Folder Challenge – Gidge Edition

OBJECTS FOLDER CHALLENGEHybie issued the OBJECTS FOLDER CHALLENGE and her edict was “make it work”.

I am afraid I played rather fast and loose with her rules. My interpretation was “go to the bottom of inventory, put on items found in “objects” folder, that were still boxed. Continue until dressed.

So, a skirt from Digit Darkes – was when she was still X3D, shades from Tesla, a Tee from Rezipsa Loc, a plate of tapas, hair from Diversity, free skin from Fab Free, so many lovely things still sitting in my objects folder.

Who even cares if they go together? Back in the day, the common wisdom was that this skirt went with everything.

Even a car purse.

No style notes, seriously, you can’t even get these things. 🙂

But – this was fun.

There is something calming about the Blues. I don’t know why, but I’ve always found the mourning of lost loves and songs about sadness to have a mellowing effect.

I grew up in a town with one of the best blues bars you’ll find anywhere, the Slippery Noodle Inn. The Noodle was perfect for both the end and beginning of your night, or for an evening when you just want to listen to good music and hang out with your friends. Continue reading →

I decided to check out an in world shopping group I joined that has a weekly sales event. Bargains for Babies has a Friday sale day, and several different shops have items for your Zooby Babies for 75L which is a steal.

I was unable to resist the deal at Leri Miles designs though, because it’s a coordinating sweater to go with your Zooby Babies outfit! Each item for only 75L? Sweet!

I’ve worn Leri Miles before, so I felt comfortable picking up both pieces, and I wasn’t dissapointed.

Tracy Rubble of Nzuri spent the past few weeks learning how to make mesh. She’s on my plurk timeline, and watching her learn to make these has been a hilarious adventure, and truly watching someone blossom through their labor of love.

She’d post for help, post her frustrations, post her “OH NO WHAT IS WRONGs” but my FAVORITE one was the day she thought she was done and the shoes were GIANT. LOLOLOL.

My new pallet lounger from Trompe Loeil continues to be my favorite toy in the house. It will be released for the Four Walls Hunt which starts TOMORROW !!!! It’s loaded with poses and is a great casual piece for a nook or comfy living room.

Nzuri released new mesh shoes today. And I am not wearing them. Because it’s morning and morning made me think of lingerie and then I remembered that Nzuri also makes lingerie.

Paying the Rent
While some people might cringe at rent day arriving I am celebrating.
My pose shop has a perfect location at Sn@ct h City and I am so happy and relaxed about the future now!

I was was ecstatic to learn that my new pallet lounger from Trompe Loeil had been delivered when i got home, I was all set to relax with a book and a cup of tea when i realized my cupboards were bare.
