In addition to getting a concentrated does of high fashion and raising funds for charity, events like International Fashion Week also introduce us to new creators – perhaps not new to the grid, but new to us. This IFW10 I discovered more than one new-to-me designer, but only one was also a new-to-me word – Convoitise. So I had to look it up and while it can mean covet or desire, I had to go with the last one for the blog title in light of the micro-mini but macro-sexy dress from Convoitise.

I shot this at the surreal Alruneia Sentry where whales leap in the air for joy and crystals extrude from the ground without any radioactive glow. I bet the whales heard the Deepwater Horizon well cap seems to be working. I could not tell if they were leaping with their fins crossed.

Getting to the macro-sexy, the Convoitise Layana dress is not only micro-mini, but it’s also constructed of black latex with shiny highlights of body curves and a white grid that outlines the female shape and if that were not enough, little slashes in the dress give glimpses of all that lustful flesh.The bodice is highlighted with a gold band and black studs to accentuate some more lustful flesh. Yep, Convoistise is a a good name.

This makeup from Lelutka’s Lola line is a perfect complement to the dress. So are the jewelry pieces from Uzuri and the hair from MiaMai. Some leggings from Royal Blue and the uber-sexy J’s Thigh High Boots complete the look.
