Annah Whitfield is one of my favorite pose makers. Her poses are great for showing off clothes and shooting pics for the blog as they have little or no distortion and are carefully calibrated to avoid breaks and intersections. They are investment poses because they will be used again and again and again. These poses are available right now at the StoRin booth at the Pose Fair. Have you been there yet? No? Well, get moving!!!
This outfit began with the exciting fun tights from Stitch by Stitch. I love those old-fashioned floral prints and Sevenstar Amat’s decision to use them in leggings made them as modern as could be. Right now she has a pack of three floral print leggings on sale to inspire dozens of outfits. For this, I decided to run with the yellow in the print – adding a skirt and jacket from R.icielli. The skirt includes a wait/belt prim and is made of wearable PVC for a lot of sexy shine. The jacket is a lovingly detailed leather that has about the best fitting prim collar I have ever seen. A red tank from DeLa and red shoes from Lelutka balance the yellow and tie everything together. Generally speaking, it’s a good idea to have your shoes and leggings of the same main color to keep your leg line long and unbroken.
Here you can see some of the details in the jacket – including the studded shoulder pads adn the fabulously well-crafted collar. For jewelry I added earrings from Zaara and a funky necklace from Happy Finds. The hair is from Nikita Fride – a great, fun short cut.
