What's in a name

To be frank, the store Tree and Ocean of Second Life or TOSL is not the most happily named store in Second Life. The first I can never remember correctly and generally conflate into Tree of Second Life which means I cannot find it in search. The acronym always makes me think of those dread Terms of Service agreements.  Luckily loving the store’s name is not a requirement for shopping there because there’s no doubt I love everything else about TOSL from the delightfully quirky store construction to the imaginative and colorful clothing and accessories including the shoes and top in this outfit.

The shoes I got several months ago to wear with a completely different outfit. They seem delightfully 1970’s retro with that fabric-covered print platform and the bow.

The top I just purchased. I recently saw Gogo wearing a lovely necklace and thought I could find it at the store, but i guess it was part of the Starlust trash cleanup. While I was there I saw this great top and could not resist when I recalled the platforms lurking in my inventory.

The pants are Muism’s high-waisted pants and work perfectly with the top. Sculptie prim tops usually prompt me to look for a high waisted pant simply because they sometimes move a bit more sideways than I like.  However, I took shots in lots of poses and I have to say this top’s prim hung in there beautifully – never heading off to Venezuela while  the rest of me was heading to Norway.

The jewelry is Han Hana from luc (previously known as EarthTones) and the skin is Minnu Model Skins Moscow – a ghost hunt freebie.
