My Christmas Dream Come True

Well Aliana came back home just in time for Christmas and we had to make the most of what wandering the grid could bring us. After all, there was the SHOP AND HOP event to run through, a hunt at JUNK FOOD and a new head at Lelutka.

How can a couple of grid girls go wrong?

We’re sporting sweaters from Arcane Spellcaster that comes with a hud with lots of pattern options. VERY Cute and free for the holidays. Aliana is also wearing a free pair of antlers she picked up from a brand called Antaya.

We’re both decked out in the NEW Lelutka gift head. HOW generous is this? I’m really in love with the head, not just as a back up or “Hey I’ll mix it up and wear this head sometimes” head. This is my new look I think – until the next thing.

Now let’s just celebrate the only thing in this photo I love as much as this new head – THIS AMAZING CAKE from Junk Food. Look, Little Debbie zebra cakes, white cakes whatever you call them are one of my favorite things on EARTH. When the Christmas tree versions come out it’s a joyous moment. Imagine my SCREAMING DELIGHT when Junk Food dropped this GIANT version for their Christmas HUNT. I ran through the hunt this morning like a LOONEY and I’ll give you one hint – it’s the LAST ONE.

I have to say I’m enjoying the peace and quiet out here in this snowy wonderland. When I came in today from hiking however, I found another couple shagging in my cabin! Can you believe it? I’m shocked. SHOCKED I tell you. Well luckily here are plenty of them here so I just packed it up and walked over to the biggest cabin I could find. I think this one suits me better anyway.

I’m a fancy girl after all.

I’m enjoying another fine cocktail from my favorite Mixmaster over at ChicChica. Delicious, I say. Just hits the spot perfectly and now I’m ready to curl up with a book and watch the snow fall.

This owl is staring at me though. It’s akward.

I’m out for an early morning run today on Bellisseria and I couldn’t decide on what to eat. I had a serious hankering for junk food so luckily HANGRY was all ready for me and I could take it along. Two burgers? NO problem. I’m sure the sugary, caffeinated goodness in the bottom of the cup was EXACTLY what I needed for a great workout today.

I’m wearing new workout gear from Cinnamon&Chai and I gotta say, these boobs needed a good bra. I’m so glad one was available – I’d smack my eyes without!

So hey! I’m back from vacation. We had lovely weather, I managed to bathe in the ocean several times and although it was a bit cold, it felt really good, and I even got a tan. Now I can get back to showing you lots of lovely things I grabbed before I left and while I was away (the very old and crappy laptop I had didn’t allow me to take decent pictures…)

That jumpsuit from Ison I don’t even remember buying. I looked at my inventory at some point and it was there. I suppose I was trying to get the demo and misclicked and got the fatpack instead. I would blame the crappy laptop but you know what? I regret nothing, it’s impeccably meshed and fitted, and the textures are gorgeous. Not sure C88 is still open but if so, run and get everything!

It comes in rich jewel tones, deeply saturated colors such as this rich ruby red. It has a full, flowering skirt that falls deeply in the back. These skirts are sometimes controversial. Sometimes they are a failure, but when well done, they are beautiful, flashing your legs while still providing the length of formal wear. I kind of think we should name them by how well they work. Hi-lo or waterfall skirts if they work and mullet skirts if they do not.

By the way, Slink has updated their hands so they are rigged to the Bento skeleton. Note the very, not just released, but updated. What does that mean for you? It means that to have new Bento hands, you can simply update your old ones without an additional investment. How generous is that?

How does it work? You go to the mainstore and click the redelivery terminal and the update will be sent to you. If you bought the multipack, you will get the whole shebang, the dynamic hands, the idle HUD, and a fifteen pose HUD of static poses. If you bought the mini packs 1, 2, or 3, you will get the dynamic hands, the idle HUD and the static poses that match the set you already bought. There was a downpour yesterday, raining so heavy that at times it looked like it was dark out during the day. While it was cold, grim, and miserable outside, inside was warm with food, friendship, and the fellowship of good company. Events With Weird Names – Like Twe12ve

If you haven’t been Twe12ve event is back and open until the 30th and it’s the perfect time to pick up some new eyes to freshen up your look.

Banana Banshee has two sets of eyes available at this event for a really reasonable price individually and for the fatpack. 59L for singles or 159L for the fatpack (pretty ridiculous right?). I’m wearing the Elements pack which come with a white sclera or a dark one if you’re into a roleplay thing or just like the look.
