I’ve always believed that in Second Life it doesn’t need to be Halloween to dress like a complete weirdo. In fact, I’m constantly browsing the marketplace for bizarre things to put on my avatar. It’s fun! I dress like boring person out here in the real world (although that will be changing soon since I’ve made a new friend who makes her own clothes and is currently making me a super cute dress) so I like to get creative here in SL.
I tried out the Nirans Viewer today for my blog pictures. I’ve always been a 3rd party viewer gal. Firestorm has been my interface of choice but after a while my pictures started becoming wonky. I heard Nirans was the viewer of choice when it came to taking pictures. After fiddling around with the interface and figuring out where everything was…I’m pleasantly surprised!
I decided to do Strawberry Singh’s new meme.

Some people would call me a skin whore but what I love more than skins are different types of make-ups. Not just like blushes and lipsticks and regular good ol add-on’s. I mean make-ups that transform your face. I love it when creators take chances and get crazy. One of my favorite places for insane make-up is La Malvada Mujer. I’ve used a few of their add-on’s in my pictures below.
I wish more people would take advantage of make-ups. It can take a skin in a whole new direction. Also, don’t be afraid to wear skins with the no brow option. There are SO many brow tattoo’s out there. Some of my favorite brow add-on’s are from Nuuna’s and Rotten Toe. A creative brow can make a whole new look for you.
In the pictures below I started with a clean base from Nuuna’s, it has no makeup on it at all and no brows. This makes it easier to apply add-on’s.

I wasn’t sure what I was going to write to go along with these pictures I took last night then I remembered there was a new meme from Strawberry Singh floating around. ( I would link it to you but it appears the link button is broken, it’s greyed out and I don’t know why). On that note, let’s get started.
1) I NEVER know what to write when I’m blogging. It frustrates me to no end when people say bloggers should write. lol. I just want to post pictures and say a few one liners and be done with it. I don’t feel I have anything interested to say. Honestly, I might make up some shit here because I’m already struggling.
Today has been one of those crazy days where everything goes wrong. First it started out with my online bank telling me my password was incorrect then it was a trip to the bank where I paid two dollars for the ATM to print out my last 10 transactions but it was out of paper so I never received them. Then I broke two nails and spilled coffee on me. Oh, and let’s not forget about how the alarm clock went off this morning for no reason and woke up my child and therefore me too.
Anyways, I realized I hand’t logged in for like 5 days or something and I thought new pretties would make my day better. Well, I don’t know about the day getting better but my avie sure looks cute.

It’s true, aliens hate valentine’s. Something to do with mushy cards and expressing your feelings, it makes them angry. I didn’t want to upset anyone so I threw away my pink lace panties and opted for this cyberpunk outfit from Blue Blood called Beatrix.
