Honestly, this year’s Vintage Fair is just the gift that keeps on giving. Digging through the many items the designers sent, I find more and more lovely things every day. And as I said in a previous post, I’m only showing you the things I love. Not saying the rest isn’t good, but if you know me, I’m not into very sexy clothing or lingerie. Anyone who’s actually been to Paris, I mean, really been there, spent time, will tell you that it’s not at all the romantic city people think it is. The smell is horrible, there’s dog poop everywhere, people are rude… Whenever I spend even just one day there, my hair gets super dirty, and I can’t breather properly. If you ever plan on visiting France, let me know, I’ll give you the name of a dozen other cities you’ll love, just, not Paris.
Someone on Plurk was saying the other day that they miss ETD. For those of you who weren’t around then, ETD (Elikapeka Tiramisu Designs) used to be a famous hair brand in SL, that disappeared for a while, and then the designer came back under a new brand, Elikatira. Well you know what? I think her hair now is just as good as it used to be, and the little number she pulled yesterday for Fifty Linden Fridays proves it. Janiah is a super cute hairstyle, that matches perfectly with my lovely Tres Blah dress.

I wear glasses IRL. I don’t mind them, but I wish I could change their colour like I can do in SL, to match my clothes, or my shoes. Cae has a bunch of very pretty pairs out at this month’s round of Uber, it’s just too bad she doesn’t offer a fatpack option, but I did buy 3 out of the 5 or 6 pairs available, I may go back later for the rest…
My friend Isla who owns Cheeky Pea is putting together a small fundraising event to help her sister Stephanie pay for some medical bills her husband left when he passed away unexpectedly, at only 37, a few weeks ago. I made a special recolour, the Stephanie eyes, available in the Cheeky Pea mainstore for only 100l$ for 6 colours, proceeds go to Isla. Other designers will have some lovely things out in a few, I’ll try and show you.
