Well it’s true. I’ve had all sorts of cats. I’ve had cats that were my best friend. I’ve had cats that were total assholes but I loved despite themselves. But ordinary? No. Never. Our friend in fashion Gospel Voom, the creator of those GOS shoes you love so much, has a cat that is also not ordinary. This amazing cat, named Archie, was hit by a car. He suffered traumatic head injuries, but as he isn’t an ordinary cat obviously, he has survived thanks to some amazing vets. Continue reading

The Fabienne skybox is the latest release from Barnesworth Anubis for Collabor88. It’s amazing to me what architecture can inspire in a person. While the name, Fabienne, put my brain in a very salty Pulp Fiction sort of place, upon rezzing it and seeing the beautiful build, I slipped into a very different frame of mind.
It reminded me of the sort of place a kept woman would live. Lol.
It has a masculine elegance and with just a touch of feminine grace that truly reminded me of a place that a man would BUY – for a woman. Barnesworth is going to kill me now I can just feel it. Continue reading
All of the best things in my Second Life I do with Cajsa. That’s no lie. Anything awesome and spectacular started with us going “what if we did ….” and suddenly we’ve got something that makes us both squee.
This box of light is like that. Cajsa had started messing about with projectors and boxes and then we realized that once again, the symbiotic nature of our relationship fit together perfectly – she could build it and I could script it with poses and we’d have something beautiful. Continue reading

This might not sound like a compliment, unless you – as a small child, spent hours and hours in discount fabric stores in the 70s. They heavy, thick fabric texturing of this sundress from Aris Aris reminded me immediately of fabric that you could find on sale to cover your chair, or to make a skirt or a dress. It’s made with natural looking creasing that only lends to it’s appearance as a thick woven fabric, heavier than a denim. Continue reading
