Case in point, I logged in to find this gorgeous little number that might as well be a clubbing outfit, a bathing suit from Katat0nik. Cheeky! (Seriously, the arse is especially great in those swim suit bottoms. Wish I could find one half as decent in RL.)

And then, below, I played with the Polaroid Fun set from Miss Shippe’s Studio. She has a set of three different washes for your hud- or attachable-polaroid snapshots, and I like how it emulates Instagram/Hipstamatic. (I added the caption below using Photoshop.)

This new dress from Wishbox was the perfect outfit for hanging out in Oubliette. I went there in the hopes of reacquainting myself with Saiyge’s gorgeous vardos, but instead, I bought some Balderdash jewelry and a headdress (oops, they jumped into my inventory), and got lost in this beautiful glade. Oubliette is all decked out for Spring.  Life sucks for a fashion blogger! OK it doesn’t. Come hang out in Oubliette!

It’s true. I’m still a petite. I haven’t had this much fun in an avatar since I discovered Tinies. (I think I spent a whole week dressed as a wee orange cat, once.) I was tickled to find that Evie had created fairy outfits for petites, so I just had to put one on and visit my poor chained slave in Winterland. Just kidding, the lovely Ms. Voshie Paine there CHOSE to sit around in the cold snow all bound up. (Who says little tiny fairies aren’t sadistic.) I am incredibly tiny today. I’m so tiny that it’s amusing me far much to pose my avatar in places around my house to see just how tiny I am. I bought this petite avatar yesterday after noticing that Material Squirrel sent me some demo petite wings. I stared at the wings, so tiny and pretty, and decided that I had to have something to stick them onto.

When I went to the Yabusaka Petite Market I felt instantly at home. Some of my favorite gothic/fantasy designers are already making stuff for petite avatars, so in no time at all I had a tiny little mesh body from Mynerva, hair from Wasabi Pills, and an outfit from Bare Rose. And the wings, of course! I might have to go back to the market today and see what else I can play with, it’s just too cute!

I like it when some of my favorite designers do unexpected things. The last thing I expected from Draconic Kiss was this pretty little sun dress, and the last thing I expected from MiaSnow was a set of hands. But they both did these with panache, and I feel all ready for summer now! (Look at the veins in those hands! The hud has nail, skin, and bangle color options, as well as hand angle. Love!)

I also note that Pose Fair is going on right now. I have a standing (har har) vow to never attend pose fair, because I know I’ll blow my monthly rent immediately. However, some of Pose Fair came to me in the form of a new Tillie pose hud, complete with Diesel Works poses. Sweet!

Schadenfreude has these corsets. Three of the patterns have little cupcakes all over them, and three have sushi. Obviously I fell in love and couldn’t choose which to wear today, so I wore two. Luckily, the new cute Hethr necklace from Lolapop suited them both. (And those of you who followed www.Achariya.net while it was alive will notice that this is similar to the photos that Mourna and I used to take. Yeah, I got nostalgic!) Today I’m wearing new pants from Ingenue, these mesh peg-legged “Seberg” pants. I adore the color and the very discrete camel toe. I’ve also fallen into a slight rut with my skin. It’s very difficult for me to take off MiaSnow’s beautiful different-colored skins when I put them on. (Please make new ones, Miss MiaSnow, so that I can wear ’em!)

This one’s from Weather or Not (!WorN?), for the Crazy Hair Hunt, and it made me reminisce about the old squid hat that Gritty Kitty created for an ancient Koreshan bake sale. (Gosh, who remembers that?) The two items are much different, though. The WorN one is beautiful and elegant (beyond all imagination, who’d’a thought an octo-hat would be elegant!), and the Gritty Kitty one is adorable. I’ll have to dig it out and show you guys sometime… Anyway, I do believe I have my next Illusions Masque outfit alllll picked out…
