Do you ever just put together an outfit not really knowing where you are headed until you get there? I was planning to put together something to wear with some boots and look where I ended up today. I vaguely remembered a brown skirt I have, but could not recall the maker. After working my way through my Skirts/Brown/ folder and coming up empty, I thought I might check my Ivalde/L’Abel folder. Well, I still didn’t find what I was looking for, but was completely distracted by the awesomeness that is this fabulous brown pencil skirt from L’Abel. The blouse is also from L’Abel and has a ruffled peplum style bottom that I left off in order to wear it tucked in.

My exploring feet took me to Risk City this time – and what a fun place it is. There are several installations in Risk City, each a stand alone work of art. This one if Chocolate – and it’s as yummy looking as the name.

And no, I did not wear boots. Instead, these lovely Elua Striped heels from R2. I found them at the Shoe Fair.

Here’s a closer look at how beautifully made these shoes are. Like all R2 shoes, they come in regular and full bright versions. I am not a fan of full bright – so I appreciate that we get the regular option.

The Fossilized jewelry from Dark Mouse could not be a better complement to the L’Abel blouse. I was thrilled with how they look together. The skin is the lovely and incandescent Audrey skin from Tuli. The hair is Exile’s latest updo – Hera which I tinted just a bit to match it to the Amacci hair base. I am looking forward to the day when all the hair stores produce a set of basic hairbases to wear with their hairs.
