Well, I was technically in Error when I shot these pictures – in the Error sim, that is. I really wanted to share with you this beautiful sim. Certainly, it’s not conventional beauty rife with flowers and greenery and lush with life, but a desolate beauty that draws you in. I decided to wear the Creamshop Dalmation dress because its colors were so well-matched to the colors of the island.
The Dalmation Polka Dot dress is a lovely empire waist jumper worn over a charcoal sweater. There are prim cuffs for the sweater and a prim skirt and puff sleeves that you can elect to wear with or without ribbons for the jumper. I wore the Starley pumps from ETD in pewter.
It also comes with leggings with prim ties at the knee that I left off. With the leggings, the outfit loses the adult sophistication that the judicious use of gold trim and the sober coloring bring to it. I doubt I would ever wear the leggings with this dress which, to me, has a very sophisticated look that would be completely belied by the leggings.
The hair is from LaLa Moon and the jewelry from Kraftika. I chose this jewelry because the vertical pieces of gold reminded me of the vertical gold strips in the dress trim.
The skin is from Belleza – with gold shadow to coordinate with the few touches of gold in the dress and jewelry.
Here’s a view of the other side of the island. I used the Windlight Preset from Mescaline Tammas called 2026. It’s a favorite preset of mine and I have used it before. You can read about its creation and get your own preset here in this article at New World Notes. You can rez poseballs or use posehuds, the landowner has a soft spot for photographers. There is also a small clothing store up the hill with some stunning men’s boots.

OMG I was in Error yesterday too, I was dancing on the broken bridge on one side of the sim, I even shot some film,but ended up not using it.
