If you ever said “When I grow up I want to be a princess” have I got a dress for you. While walking the boots at Relay For Life I came upon DeGroot Innovations and saw this and went “ooh” and then “ohh la la” and then “ooh” again. Yes, this is the dress of childhood princess dreams and grownup fantasies.
I immediately thought of the Elemental Muse jewelry I got last year and sure enough, they worked perfectly. Although it came with gloves designed to line the flaired sleeve to eliminate flesh melt, I chose to wear the Fleur Emerald gloves.
The hair is from Amrita as is the stunning clematis ornament. The hair ornament is made for a cute little bob cut from Amrita, but it works perfectly well with other hair.
The makeup is PXL’s Grace in SpringWine and as elegant as the dress.
In all the other photos I wore the static skirt prim – a poser’s delight, but a skirt prim I imagine might look and act a bit like a dangerous weapon on a dance floor as it has no flex. The folder includes this much more crowd-friendly skirt prim for balls, dancing and socializing. The shoes in the inset photo are from LiNe and they are crazy – so crazy they’re fit for a princess. There are more shots of this lovely dress in the Midsummer Set on my flickr stream.
