Adam & Eve is one of those stores I NEVER shop at enough. I don’t know why. Maybe because it’s not one of those stores that got ingrained in me when I was a noob. It’s certainly not for lack of quality – it’s lovely stuff. And it’s not because of the creator being a jerk – far from it – Sachi Vixen has never been anything but lovely to me.

Why do I always forget to shop there? I have to rectify it.  Note to self, go back to Adam & Eve tonight and find something pretty!

Like this HAIR! TIME FOR A HAIR STORY!!!!

So, one recent night when Adam & Eve was on it’s rightful place on my radar screen I had popped over there. I was looking for up-do’s that I didn’t have and figured I’d already sucked the life out of Diversity Hair, Laqroki and Truth by buying everything I could. Adam & Eve seemed like a likely candidate since I couldn’t remember owning any of their hair.

So I popped in and picked up a demo of this lovely up-do called Swept Away demo. I’m not shy, I’ll try demos on right in the store and look like a doofus so I did exactly that.

And well, I couldn’t figure out what was wrong at first.  I had this box on my head where the hair was supposed to be and well…….what was around my neck? Tribbles?

Finally figured out it was just a glitch with the attachment point of the hair -but I laughed myself silly and sent Sachi a picture and a note – teasing her about how pointedly she was making NONWEARABLE demos, I thought I was pretty funny and really just trying to help out someone who, as I’ve said – has always been so gracious and nice to me.

ANYHOO……..further evidence Sachi is lovely?

She dropped this hair on me, as a thank you.

Prad Prathivi asked today what is the etiquette for thanking someone who gives you something that they don’t expect you to blog?  Despite the silly answer I plurked to him, I’d say that in fact there is no real etiquette in thanking them.

All that matters – is that you do it.

Thank you for always being so gracious Sachi. I truly appreciated the gift.
