Bright Lights, Big City

Sadly I could never finish the book Bright Lights, Big City even though I generally like Jay McInerny. Something about reading an entire book in the second person is just too daunting. Still, the jacket from Chantkare is called Brite Lite which made me think of the novel…and then this pose is such a “model” pose that it also made me think of how the main character would look at mannequins in shop windows and imagine they were his wife.  Blog post titles are so hard to come up iwth sometimes and the tenuous connections that create them can be bizarre.  Not bizarre, however, is the Brite Lite tweed jacket.  It’s marvelous and makes me think of Chanel.  I love jackets and this one is just so well structured.

With it I am wearing a turtleneck from Ameer, though I could as easily have worn the grey one from Aoharu that I blogged about yesterday. The skirt is adorable and is from Adam N Eve.  The shoes are the Mary Geos from Shiny Things.

The New Grazia necklace from Lucas Lameth works great. I am also wearing my ARCtastic hair from Creamshop. I love this hair even though it sends my ARC into the stratosphere.

Unlike the character Vincent from the television series Beauty and the Beast, of course; he was Bright Lights, Big Kitty.
