Angel of the Morning

If you want more, much more, than a simple Halloween costume, let me suggest JoJorunoo Runo’s Angel Armor. For a mere five lindens, not only do you get a costume with lovely particle wings that give the outfit a kinetic energy not found elsewhere, but you also get life’s ultimate moral quandary sorted into a folder. You see, the outfit comes in black and white – will you be an angel of the light or an angel of darkness, angel of the morning or angel of the night? It’s your choice.

Well, I chose white  – opting to be an angel of the morning – which just coincidentally is a nickname for the planet Venus.  I worked at a planetarium while I attended college and am stuffed with all sorts of odd bits of astronomy trivia. If you watch the identical star show 14 times every weekend for 13 weeks at a time, you will have entire sections memorized for life. Incidentally, please note the pristine, sharp lines of the armor, particularly in the crotch area which for less skilled designers can get messy.

The curves, highlights and shadows of the body are perfectly detailed and will give you plenty of opportunity to be the other kind of Angel of the Morning:

Just call me angel of the morning, angel
Just touch my cheek before you leave me, baby
Just call me angel of the morning
Then slowly turn away from me

Jewelry for this outfit are the Soft Agroglyphe earrings and bangles from MaiTai & Bliensen. Let me just say for the record that I love their work.  I have to say this every once in a while because when they first sent me a folder with review copies of their bottle cap jewelry and a few other pieces, I suggested they send to others beecause I didn’t think their stuff was likely to appeal to me. I was wrong and have said so here before and will say so again just to remind myself not to make snap judgments. These bracelets were given to me as review items.

The angelic skin is from Free Speerit and was in a group gift package a few months back. CAlled Sara Blush (perfect name) I thought the soft pale skin and the bright blushing cheeks were perfectly angelic.  Silver Mandy hair from Muism completes the look.

To find the Angel Armor costume you have two options. You can TP directly to the armor here, but then after you get the armor, please wander around and find her clothing store where you can find some fabulous shifts and sculptie clothing.  Even better, you can go to her store in Jiminy here and the armor is in the same spot as the clothing, just follow the red guide because it’s one of those single entry point malls.
