Beanie Canning, the tireless blogger of Beanie Loves Japan, has steered me to more great freebies, unusual and fun sims and new designers than I can count. So, when she asked her fellow bloggers to do a post about this wonderful Japanese store she found, I had to agree. Of course, Oiran, the store is a great find, full of kimonos and yukatas from 100L and up – with lovely textures, tremendous detail and great beauty. I purchased two that I will show you after the cut.
This is the pink yakuta and comes with everything but the hair – including a prim collar as well as all the other attachments for the train and the obi. I chose this Echidne hair from Amrita because it seems to give the idea of hair sticks – all with the hair.
This is the yellow yakuta and again includes all but the hair and the hair ornament. It a rich umber with leaf patterns that is beautifully set off by the obi fabric. The hair ornament was purchased long ago from Valryn Vandeverre whose store has closed. Her profile says people can try contacting her. She has some products on SLExchange – but not this one.

Oh Cajsa, you are so sweet. I almost died when I was idly scrolling down fashionplanet and suddenly there was ‘This One’s for Beanie’ in huge letters LOL.
Thank you for your very kind words, and of course, for posting about Oiran, and taking such gorgeous pics. You show all the detail so beautifully!
Hugs 🙂
