I love the cute summer dress from NYU for faMESHed. It comes in a rainbow of colors that inspired me to try out a new trick with projectors in Second Life. There’s a video tutorial from Torley Linden at the end of the post explaining how to do it and you will want to try – it was a lot of fun. As to the lovely cotton summer dress, you know it will be cool, breezy and a delight in the hot weather.
The shoes are from ChaChaDee! and comes in more colors than you can shake a stick at. With the adorable little bow and the kitten heel, it gives comfort and style in an easy summery look.
You can see the wild shadows and colors I got using three projectors. You can download the textures for the projector at this Lomo Light Leaks tutorial from PhotoShop Tutorials. The one I used was Light Leak (9).
The hair is from Vanity Hair and is called Playful. I know I wore it in my last post, but I just love its fun and retro style and thought it worked well with this outfit, too. The earrings are from Maxi Gossamer.
The skin is Glam Affair’s Cassiopea and for fun I used a different texture in the projector. Actually, even though I changed the texture, the projector did not change, so I ended up deleting the projector and making a new one for the different texture.
