My Schedule Was Full

I got dressed quickly this morning, with a list of errands and things I wanted to check out. I grabbed a new purse from The Annex (how cute is that?) and thought – I’ll quick post up those pics I shot days ago before our blog went down, and head out.  All in all, ten minutes knocking out a blog post before hitting the road seemed like a great plan. After all, I want to go to a few events before RL Gidge has to hit the road.

That’s when it happened. My pictures, they weren’t in FLICKR. WHERE ARE MY PICTURES?

I walked around to my office and there they were, in my hard drive where I had left them. It seems I’d taken them but never cropped them. I also had done my great blogger mistake – I had changed my clothes and not saved any of my fashion details.

When I’m nervous I talk too much. I become verbose, searching for non-offensive words especially when I fear confrontation might erupt but I still feel a need to communicate on a subject. I’m trying to be less so but it’s difficult especially WHEN the nerves take over and I can’t even remember what I was trying to say half the time, given the amount of words I have spewed. New Mouth Because Why Not

There have been a few mesh mouths out, and I LIKED the way they looked but any time someone tried one on and said they liked it they also mentioned what editing they’d have to do in PS to “make it look right”.  I don’t mind putting on a filter to give a different look to a pic other than SL lighting but I won’t blur or whatever else to make products “look right”. If you can’t wear it around in SL without it looking nuts, I don’t think it’s a good value.  I don’t have PS so that’s also an issue but hey I COULD get it. I wouldn’t make products look ok with it though, I just have huge issues with that. Continue reading →

How do you like to shop the big events? Are you a first nighter, and you MUST get in to get it all FIRST ? Or are you more casual, waiting for the crowds to subside knowing the goodies will still be there waiting for you, minus the lag and crazy chat convos?

Do A Hunt They Said – It’ll Be Fun They Said

I admit I was seduced by the participants and the lovely quality of things being offered up. I’m easy like that. I thought that a hot air balloon would be the PERFECT place to spy bunnehs and locate the loot around the sim. It seemed like a fool proof plan.
