Hello! Two days ago was my 14th rezday, and what a ride it’s been! I recently joined a Facebook group where people who started SL long ago, and this makes me nostalgic. However, some of them are considering coming back, so, it’s good.
Fifty Linden Fridays have been around for 12 years. TWELVE YEARS. What can I say? OMGWTF Barbecue is awesome for keeping that very cool weekly event around for so long. It has never lost in quality, and never got more expensive than 50l$. I’d like to think all the wonderful designers for taking so much time to make things to sell for so cheap!
Anyway, yesterday, the FLF Birthday Bash opened, and for once, it’s not only for one day, but for 3 weeks. So, yes, the sim is full, but be patient, there’s plenty of time to get there and grab ALL the things.
I managed to get a complete outfit there. Apart from the body (Maitreya Lara), the head (LeLutka Briannon), the eyes (Banana Banshee) and the shape (my own), everything you see is from the event, either 50l$ or free.

I am not feeling overly inspired to write anything today, but I wanted to show you a few gorgeous things that I found these past few weeks, at events, stores, or buried deep in my inventory. I’ll start with the hair. I’ve been in the Truth VIP group since the very beginning of the new concept, and some months I barely logged in, or if I did I was too busy with other things to really check what the gift was. So when I found Ginevra, last November’s gift, I just went wow. The super pretty glasses are free from Balaclava, they were the demo for this week’s Fifty Linden Friday offer. The event opened up yesterday and it’s held on a really lovely beach.
