I was hungry and decided to go rolling around until i found some free food – which I did in SPADES. YEAH baby free turkey burger. I have to feed this thick body, don’t want her to get skinny.
This spot was really fun, it was a seaside boardwalk area with rides and lots of interactive fun to enjoy. It’s called Dark Dreams and if you’re interested in checking it out – pop over to this spot.
I have to admit, I was pretty obsessed with food and drink while I was there.
But sitting by this ocean view, how can I even be sorry about it? I can’t. Plus I’m really hungry – all the time.

If you’ve never been to Kowloon, you’re missing out on an amazing adventure of a build. It’s celebrating 16 years as a community and I highly recommend it. I come here and wander the alleys, the stairs that sometimes go somewhere awful and sometimes go nowhere. I grab a bite to eat and maybe pick up a black market item or two if it suits me.
Sometimes the blogger in me is just here for the gorgeous vignettes that seem to perfectly suited to photos.
The real world Kowloon is not such a great story.

I feel like the entire week has been a disaster. Ever have one of those weeks where everything goes wrong? Luckily Tickle Pink has learned how to make coffee (Tickle Pink is the cat btw). Bringing me a cup of hot coffee carefully is a skill that not many cats have, but whose to say what these magic beasties can do?

I picked up this new bike from 777 for the Happy Weekend event and had to drag my butt out of bed early to take her for a roll through the neighborhood. I have to admit, I’m just a terrible driver. I’m so sorry to everyone whose lawn and HOUSE I drove through this morning. I hope I didn’t wake you. It’s just tough especially while you’re trying to eat a big old cone of sorbet.

Today I dug out a pair of classic shades from that OG shop we oldbies all miss, ARTILLERI. She’s been gone for years and years but I’ll never delete some of the things I got from there, just because even now they stand up to the test of time.
I grabbed this shirt from Mutresse from one of the weekend sales as well, not sure which one, and I do have a small quibble. While it’s got a little thing in it where you can apparently pose to pop out a boobie if you’re so inclined (I imagine doing this at a club like hey baby, wanna see this boobie?), the shoulders on it are WONKY. They sit an inch or two ABOVE my shoulders. I’m wearing the right shirt for the body so I’m not sure if this is a rigging thing or what, I don’t create clothes so I’m definitely NOT throwing stones, but it’s off for sure. However, it was also both cheap and pretty so I’m not really upset.
Mutresse is a really great brand – and I’ve never had an issue with them before so I would just count this as an oops but if it would bother you, please consider it before puchasing.

Did you know that capybaras are an animal that can live with all kinds of other animals. It’s a very nurturing, friendly little creature, although not so little. They’re like this great big guinea pigs who just love everybody and are gentle and sweet.

It was beautiful and amazing, I would 10/10 go back without a doubt. They even say they have residential areas which I cannot imagine what they are like. Please let them be like this?
This was a beautiful wander through a magical build, and I met some people on the way who were as entranced by it as I was. I love these elephants. They are very excited to meet me too!
At the end of the walk were these quintessential SL chairs that have been re-imagined as beautiful and with great poses. I just had to stay awhile and enjoy the ever present peace and calm. It was amazing. Plus, is that the universe rolling around me? Yes – it is.

We picked up a new little boat that has a built in grill and decided it was as perfect way to end our lazy Saturday. It was an absolute steal at the Saturday Sale from MADPEA and it has both a floaty and drivable version if you’re feeling like tooling around.
For us, we were content to cook our dinner and watch the sunset off the coast of Bellisseria this evening. It was a pretty good way to end the day.
If you don’t have a bikini, lingerie is also a valid bikini, fyi.
Aliana is feeling pretty cute this evening too.

I’m not happy if I’m not eating something, so for Bandana Day I had to pick something that would match my beautiful bandana this year. I think I really nailed it.

I found the MOST adorable spot, a little village that has tons of vehicle rezzers for anyone to use, from bicycles to hot air balloons and lots in between, you can dork around in your vehicle of choice. As you can guess, I chose this classic Corvette. Just had to. It popped out in this gorgeous yellow and I couldn’t resist driving over this amazing bridge build to see what was on the other side!
I landed at a seaside seafood shack and I was starving – as always – so I popped in for some fresh octopus.
It was a little more wiggly than I’d normally care for but I’m so hungry – and they had free sodas so why not. I can make it work right?
They were also offering free umbrella drinks and you know how I feel about that. Bring it ON. Of course then I ended up staying far longer than I meant to, riding rides and taking a hot air balloon right. All in all, it was the sort of day that reminds me of how much fun resident built areas can be when they are done with love.
