My computer is back! New logic board, new graphics card and new adapter. I actually got it back last night, but then my wireless router when fuzzy and I could not access the internet. It almost made me feel as though the internet was picking on me. However, it’s fixed now and I am back. It felt good to log in and put on a new outfit and freshen up a bit. I even did a manicure, using the new polish applicators from FLAIR.

I picked up this jacket and skirt last month while I was hunting around Mimikri for a good jacket to wear with something. This jacket did not work for what I needed at the moment, but I loved it and the skirt that coordinates with it. Actually, I pulled the jacket from one color set and the skirt from another just to have a little extra contrast, but for folks who like their jackets and skirts to match, they can buy them in matching colors, too.  I love the prints and the casual elegance of the styling.

The skirt comes with matching glitch pants as well as the alpha for a seamlessly beautiful coverage. I didn’t bother with the alpha because it fit perfectly and the bottom inner hem is lined. One of the smart compromises the best designers do to balance a desire to reduce the number of polygons in a mesh piece while still providing inner lining is to loop the texture under just a little ways – enough to cover the casual upskirt from camming for photos but not going all the way. That is what was done in this outfit.

The shoes are from MiaMai. They are a cute suede wedge with a very modern shape to them. 

So the jewelry is gorgeous and wonderful and DANG IT, not available any longer. Mouse Mimistrobell of Dark Mouse closed her shop. She does have some items still on Marketplace, but not this particular set. She thought no one would want sculpt and prim jewelry anymore now that mesh has conquered the grid, but I think she is wrong. I still love my old pieces and I am going to wear them.

Truth just released this gorgeous bob called Charlize. I love it and am always thrilled to see the grid’s best stylists producing shorter hairstyles that let me show off jewelry. The lovely skin is from Glam Affair and has a delicate, fresh beauty all its own.
