I love rich textures, colors and contrasts so this new Roxanne gown and bolero from VoguE is right up my alley. It’s a beautiful strapless gown with a gorgeous matching lace bolero that has long sleeves whose colors being with the rich tones of the gown and fade to cream.

As you can see, it’s a striking gown and the long, full skirt is gorgeous. It goes to the floor and the alpha hides the feet, so I did not add shoes. I have one quibble and it’s the same quibble I have with so many mesh outfits. This really needs to be lined on the inside – at least part of the way up. I had to choose my poses carefully to avoid showing empty gaps where the alpha on the skin and the alpha on the inside left nothing but a vast doorway into another dimension.

This Lana set of necklace, ring and earrings from Donna Flora could have been made for this dress. It not only coordinates with the colors, but it also has the baroque formality mixed with a modern quirkiness the dress demands.

The Electra hair from Lelutka is perfect for all occasions from the formal to the casual. The Tuli Helena skin is elegant and the rich lip tattoo vamps it up a bit.
