Gizza’s Sunburst Tutu

Gizza has made two sets of four tutus and it would take Solomon to choose the best of them. I wore this delightful Sunburst Tutu because I love its whimsy and the delicate, watercolor colors in the skirt.

The shoes are from G. Field and have invisiprims. Luckily they are modifiable, so I was able to shrink the invisiprims and bury them inside my foot and put on an alpha texture from another pair of shoes. I like that the shoes had big flowers on them to echo the flowers on the belt and headpiece. There is a tutorial on making alphas from Sasy Scarborough

The poses are from Long Awkward Pose’s Bollywood set and I am still mourning the closure of LAP. One of the downsides of being in Second Life for a long time is the closing of favorite stores.

I like the styling in this image a lot and how you’ve used the poses to accentuate the tutu. I’ve never made an alpha layer but maybe I’ll get all brave and try!
Thanks so much. Someone mentioned on plurk that G.Field has alpha textures for their old shoes on the wall in the store – which would be way easier. Also, you can try alphas from shoes with a similar shape. But – making your own might be fun anyway.
