There’s a new shopping sim in town. Now I know that happens all the time, but this one has a great build and a fabulous combination of familiar and popular brands with new and unknown to me fresh discoveries. Of course, I am not so conceited as to think that everything new to me at the new Glance Style sim is new to everyone – but nonetheless, I love the combination of new and established – of discovery and reliability.  The sim opens today at 1 PM and there are some opening day gifts such as the hair I am wearing – so do try to get there.

I am wearing the top part of Anna Lou – a capri length jumpsuit from Baiastice. There are two prim options for the top, a folded simple band at the top or this lovely extravagant ruffle. Of course I went for the ruffle. I am wearing it the Rachal skirt from Lelutka. The skirt’s soft rose belt suggested the color choice for the shoes.

I don’t shoot lots of closeups of shoes, but these are just extraordinary. The Baiastice Camilla shoes come in a large range of color and oh, those buttons on the heel are fun, fun, fun.

The jewelry is from Purple Rose and the hair is from new-to-me hair salon Mina – an opening day gift. Baiastice, Purple Rose and Mina all have stores at Glance Style sim.

Did I mention that the build is quite lovely. Here’s a little tip for when you want to shoot some scene without the half dozen people showing or worrying about someone tp’ing right into your snap. Go to the Advanced Menu and under Rendering -> Types, deselect character. All avatars, including yourself, will disappear from view though you can see their name boxes. You can snap all you want without any avatar showing up at all, though you have to go back and recheck Character before you can move. So long as it’s unchecked, you aren’t going anywhere.
