It’s been a long dry spell for us Casa del Shai addicts but the new season brings us some new fashions that have that unmistakable Shai Delacroix texturing mastery.
The dress, Siobhan, comes in 4 color options, including this orange tartan. It’s system clothing making it a perfect dress to wear around the grid with a jacket like this lovely leather jacket from Cachet.
Shai Delacroix’s artistry excels in defining the shape underneath the clothes. She paints shadows and wrinkles that cup the butt cheeks, outlining the shapelines underneath the clothes.
The gloves come with the dress and give it a semi-formal dressy feeling. The shoes, from Tesla, are duotoned chocolate – the Marie design.
The Rita jacket from Cachet is a perfect fit in style, it’s open draping collar revealing the bodice details of the Siobhan dress. Because there’s no duplication of attachment points, this is a simple off and on jacket with no fiddling around replacing dress pieces if you take it off.
Bangles and earrings from Dark Mouse – the 80’s retro red plaid. I am loving that set. I would love to see a matching necklace, though none is needed for this outfit. Here you can again see the detailed texturing that outlines the derriere. Lovely details like the 8 buttons going up the back only add to the integrity of the dress.
The lovely embroidered batiste bodice is all the embellishment needed. A necklace would be superfluous against such delicate detailing.
Here you can see in detail the lovely intricacy of the Dark Mouse earrings.

Casja is stealing my thoughts – I was going to blog this dress! Now where is my tin foil hat to protect me from the evil thought invaders! Ha!
But I am sure you would accessorize it differently so it would still be a completely different look!
