Hihi! I’m Lilyana! I’m brand new to the blog ^_^. I’ll mostly be your blue-haired cupcake weekend blogger! I admit that it is a bit nerve-racking to create a first post. I’m nervous and excited!
I’d been gone from Second Life since 2014 and only recently came back to a whole new world. When I left, the only mesh were hands and feet along with a bunch of clothing. (I still have some lol) Navigating not only mesh heads and bodies but how to find the right things that will work on either. I admit I stumbled a bit, but with the help of my friends on Plurk, who include the bloggers here as well, I think I’m ok now.
I love the weekend sales. Most of the time i can find one amazing outfit from all of the different ones over the weekend to get a great picture! My favorites are Fifty Linden Fridays, The Saturday Sale, Happy Weekend and The Sales Room but there are soooo many more!
The builds at stores are also so amazing. While shopping and getting sales, I keep an eye out for the right place to take my next picture. I’m never disappointed. The 1st image was taken at AvInk & Jael (which has BOM Leggings, Stockings, Fishnets etc.). The second was at Doe Hair Salon (Self explanatory and the hair shown in this image)
When I’m not shopping I’m club hoppin’! Have you ever been to Club Zero? I definitely was for this picture! They have more edgy music like EDM, Metal, etc.
There is some time left to get the sales done. Most stores also keep up specific day sales such as Fifty Linden Fridays up all weekend as well.

Hello! Two days ago was my 14th rezday, and what a ride it’s been! I recently joined a Facebook group where people who started SL long ago, and this makes me nostalgic. However, some of them are considering coming back, so, it’s good.
Fifty Linden Fridays have been around for 12 years. TWELVE YEARS. What can I say? OMGWTF Barbecue is awesome for keeping that very cool weekly event around for so long. It has never lost in quality, and never got more expensive than 50l$. I’d like to think all the wonderful designers for taking so much time to make things to sell for so cheap!
Anyway, yesterday, the FLF Birthday Bash opened, and for once, it’s not only for one day, but for 3 weeks. So, yes, the sim is full, but be patient, there’s plenty of time to get there and grab ALL the things.
I managed to get a complete outfit there. Apart from the body (Maitreya Lara), the head (LeLutka Briannon), the eyes (Banana Banshee) and the shape (my own), everything you see is from the event, either 50l$ or free.

Second Spaces has one again found me a place for my stuff, which I appreciate. This week it’s an adorable set of shelves, either with or without clutter. Obviously I’m a girl with a lot of stuff so I needed this immediately. You can also choose a darker version.
Since it’s for Fifty Linden Friday it’s a steal that all us messy girls need.
The landmark in the FLF notecard is WRONG for Second Spaces though, take note. I stood at a spot labeled MESHWORX with many other confused folks until I realized I wasn’t at THE PEA – which is where Second Spaces is located.
Luxuria has put out this amazing item for FLF and the stockings have mesh appliers for whatever mesh body thing you’ve got on. That’s a great pick up for 50L. The stockings come in nude or white but I decided nude was the way to go today. Continue reading →
