Logo is celebrating their 15th anniversary of creating in Second Life, and for the occasion they have released two new heads, one female, one male, available for free at the Logo Anniversary event. For the occasion, a bunch of talented creators have released add ons for the heads. The skins, make-ups and other customisation options offered at the event are all surprisingly cheap.
I had planned to talk to you about this week’s finds at Fifty Linden Fridays but, as you can see, it is now Saturday and I guess most things aren’t available anymore. Booh me. Anyway, Dead Doll’s cute dress and Ingenue booties are absolutely lovely and compliment each other perfectly.
Magika just released the Gemma hair, and as usual, I just had to get it. Look how pretty it is!
I have to say, I’m really liking this head so far. I’m not completely done tweaking the mouth and nose to have it look like “me”, but I’m getting there.

I would like to invite you to a fiendish event that opens today. You will be able to find macabre items, and to search for the lost keys in a hunt for only the truly insane!
When you arrive at Hallow Manor, you enter the gates to find a winding alley of goods that have been created with the macabre and frightful in mind. Once you have purchased everything your little black heart desires, you will enter the grounds of Hallow Manor’s cemetery, and perhaps catch a glimpse of the old estate.
You will have an opportunity to purchase a HUD in order to search for the lost keys to unlock the hidden prize room, or, if you so wish, purchase a master key HUD, to bi-pass the hunt.
My personal favourites at the event so far are the gorgeous boots from Eclectica. They come in many floral tones and both the mesh and textures are exquisitely made. They’re also very volatile as they are texture change and you can modify different parts separately.
You may also want to hunt for the Macabre Girl Set from Lovelysweet, the tattoo layers are insanely cute, in a macabre, creepy way.

Once upon a time, I was a fae. I would roam the lands of a fantasy role play sim, wearing beautiful gowns and wings. But then sad things happened, I lost the love of my Slife, and left a land that no longer felt like home. I sometimes still miss the simple joy of fly-dancing with my beloved around the drum circle, surrounded by my best friends, Shay the fae, Maelenn the avariel, Eithne the dryad and Richy the dragon. So when I spotted the wings from Decoy at Collabor 88, it felt like a blast from the past, and I just had to put together an outfit with The Secret Store’s latest cutie, and find a whimsical place to take a picture.
Since I got my Lelutka Nova head, I’ve been wearing the same skin, as it was the only one I demoed that felt like me. Well I finally found another one, but, oh well, it’s yet again a skin from Lara Hurley. What can I say, her work is amazing. I’d also like to tell you about a store I discovered not long ago, Simple Bloom. If you’re not satisfied with your eyebrows, or if you want to try something different, and get a unique look, go visit their store, they have hundreds of different eyebrows, mostly BOM, and they are extremely well made.

Oh hi! Today I didn’t go to work because of what I thought was a sciatica. Turns out it’s a tendonitis in my buttock. Yes, you may laugh, and no, I don’t know how I did that. Anyway, since I had a little time at home on my own, I managed to put together an outfit and take a few pictures.
I went to Uber and grabbed a few of the gifts that each store has, as it’s a birthday round. These lovely glasses were one of them. So were the adorable fairy lights in the picture below. June 21st, first day of Summer, is also here in France the “Fête de la Musique”, National Music Day. Traditionally (well, since 1981 when it was created), it’s a day when every teenage garage band, every pseudo south American folk band, basically anyone who owns a music instrument, regardless of whether they’re able to properly play it or not, gets out on the street and plays. There also are more serious and established bands playing live, outdoors or in bars, but by the time you reach the one you wanted to see, their gig is usually over, and then you start arguing again with your friends about where to go next… But I’m getting side tracked. Back to that cute summery outfit from Tres Blah that I fatpacked a few days ago, I think it was on sale (75Lsomething, maybe? I’m so sorry I can’t remember). It’s a bit bold for my taste, but I figured it would be perfect for a first day of Summer!
I matched it with jewelry from Kunglers (I went on a shopping spree there) and hair from Magika. Oh, by the way, Magika started their big annual sale yesterday, you might want to go take a look. Also, I started playing with the layer of my LeLutka Nova head, and I must admit, it’s fun to have almost unlimited options. I went with a slight sunburn, because, hey, June 21st.
