Between Collabor88, L’Accessoire, and The Arcade, there are way too many ways to spend my L. I do love what I’ve got, though, and I’m completely addicted to gatcha, so I think I’ll have to spin by The Arcade again shortly… What were your awesome finds?

I feel disoriented after being gone for a summer. I poked through my wardrobe and found boxes, unopened, and stared at them. They aren’t news any more, and maybe the designers who made the outfits are long departed. I opened one up and took a chance, a henna tattoo from Huz. Time warp, making me remember that my Second Life is really somewhere that I lived, and that being absent from it means that I’ve stopped living that life for a while. The people you miss, you carry into your first life, but still… Who is still here and who is not? Nobody waits, and this is proper…but it’s sad. Anyway. Time to bust out the Autumn colors and explore this world again!

Some things are so pretty that I want to wear them in all of the ways! This is true for the Schadenfreude Eala (mesh) dress. I have the fatpack, which comes with a hud that changes it to many different colors, and the ribbon on the back changes as well. So many ways to play with it…

I’ve been redecorating the skybox as a surprise for Jackal (don’t tell!), and was overjoyed to log in last night to a message from Balderdash. NEW GROVE! That’s right, Saiyge made an entire wee grove of Autumn trees, so that I don’t have to make it myself, and it’s a scant few prims, too! I love all of the stuff that comes from Balderdash anyway, but orange and gold leaves make me particularly happy. I’m cavorting through them in clothing from a year ago that I still love.

I took the summer off, returned, and found that everything is Mesh! And not only that, it’s beautifully textured too. Kudos to all the designers who’ve been working their butts off to make high quality stuff in this medium, I’m absolutely enjoying it! Rebel Hope made a new gown, the Heidi dress, and I’ve put it on in an autumnal color. I think it goes well with this elven beastie here.

Sometimes my biggest ambition in a day is to find a soft chair and cuddle the heck out of a plushie. Luckily there’s a beautiful one for sale for FLF (~silentsparrow~), so my day’s goal was totally satisfied. (I was gone for a while and didn’t know that FLF returned! I’m so glad it has, it was like an awesome little treasure hunt every friday.)

O where have you been, wandering Acha?! I’ve been a million places, and I’ve rocked them all, of course. Actually, I’ve been contending with the fact that SL no longer likes me to take snapshots. Remove snapshots from the blogger and what’s left!? Things seem to be settling down again, so I managed to catch these beautiful sandals before they got lost in the realm of capped messages.
They remind me of Indian Summer, these Blossom Wedge Sandals from Lassitude & Ennui. They remind me so much of it that I put on a bathing suit to soak up a few final last rays before August succumbs to September. (You can find these sandals at L’Accessoire!)
