If Shakespeare were as immortal as his poetry, he would be 450 years old. Isn’t it amazing that his stories and poetry are still relevant?
SHALL I compare thee to a summer’s day?
Thou art more lovely and more temperate;
Rough winds do shake the darling buds of May,
And summer’s lease hath all too short a date:
Sometime too hot the eye of heaven shines,
And often is his gold complexion dimm’d:
And every fair from fair sometime declines,
By chance, or nature’s changing course, untrimm’d.
But thy eternal summer shall not fade,
Nor lose possession of that fair thou owest;
Nor shall Death brag thou wanderest in his shade
When in eternal lines to time thou growest.
So long as men can breathe, or eyes can see
So long lives this, and this gives life to thee.
This Jacquard skirt from The Annex is poetry in motion. It is lush and romantic and so very luxurious. It was made to be worn with a brown velvet halter-top, but I decided to go for a more sping/summer look, switching out the brown velvet for some cream silk. You can’t see them, but I am wearing gorgeous Shax Sherpherd shoes that come with a hud changing the colors easily.
I added Lunara from Truth – a gorgeous hair that with the ombre blend is particularly lovely, catching the light or absorbing it.
The jewelry is from Paper Couture and Sax Shepherd Design with a gorgeous PCL Creations lassie skin.
