I was searching on Marketplace, on the hunt for a jacket. I have no idea why this came up in my search, but I am happy it did. It’s a lovely skirt and tunic mesh dress (one piece) from LuzieFree Designs by Luzie Cheng. While she has obviously been around a long time, this was my first time seeing her work. As you can see, the looks is summer cool and casual, loose and with thin, light fabric. I love the design and the print side panel. Some of the details are just amazing.

Even better, it gave me an opportunity to wear these smoking sandals from BSD Design Studio. I love the bold graphic print on the ankle strap and it works perfectly with the dress. This reminds me of the one quibble I have with the dress. I wish the alpha did not go down so far on the legs. It ends just a smidge above the hem and with the fullness of the skirt, it would be nice if the alpha ended right below the knee. Update! She has added a new alpha that shows more leg! Yay! 

While you admire my manicure that Sasy Scarborough did while simultaneously inspecting booths at Hair Fair, please note this striking detail on the dress. You can see that not only is it lined, but that the lining is just that little bit desaturated – just as the back of a fabric really is. It is a small detail, something almost unseen, but it shows an eye for detail that makes me happy.

I mixed some jewelry from Paper Couture and Kunglers – all rooted in organic inspirations and materials that made them work with the dress.

My hair is gorgeous casual updo from Deco found exclusively at the one and only HAIR FAIR and the skin is the very newest release from Sachi Vixen of Adam n Eve. That lipstick is luscious!
